This Braun Series 9 Pro+ electric razor is an amazing shaver that has truly exceeded my expectations and transformed my grooming routine. The real standout, however, is the shave itself: it consistently delivers an extremely close and incredibly quick shave. I've been using it specifically for my bald head, a task for which I've tried numerous other shavers, and this Braun Series 9 Pro+ has performed better than any other head shaver I've encountered. For years I dismissed beard electric shavers all together because I could not get close shaving, that was the main reason. 20 days ago I bough Braun Series 9 PRO+ Electric Razor. Here is my feedback, I hope this helps those who are trying to figure out if they should buy one. I did extensive research before purchasing one, I wanted one that can give me very close shave, be at ease with sensitive skin and not get bumps but also size is a factor for me. Also one that would be reasonable cost $$. After researching and comparing all the different models it came down to two brands that have very good close shave especially under the neck area, that was always my problem reason why I did like not older models and stayed with traditional. I chose Braun Series 9 PRO+ Electric Razor for Men over runner up Panasonic Arch5/9 Series because of the size, I found the Panasonic tends to be a bit bulky. but both brands and models deliver the most close shave over all other brands and models. Again this I am referring to beard shave, other body parts such as head etc.. is a whole different topic. So far I am very happy with Braun Series 9 PRO+ Electric Razor, Model I have is 9567cc Pros I used normally shave every other days, in some cases 3-4 days but by then my face starts to each, Now, it is so convenient I can shave any time, on the go, while working etc... I have tried both dry and wet, I found that dry working better, and not messy, Cleaning is very simple, mine came withe the charger cleaning all in-one, I have only used that once to clean, after shaving I normally just do quick clean withe the brush included. Noise is medium, not to loud, Battery seems to be very good, I only charged few times in the last 20 days. Size, I still would want it to be smaller but still smaller than others, others that are known brands, not talking about some cheap/copy. Close shaving, as close as traditional but not quite 100% there yet I will give it 98%... quite happy withe the closeness I am getting. Price - mid pricing, there is aways sale going, so its good to keep an eye and by on sale. Con Other than its a bit pricey I have no complaint with unit. The all in-one charger/cleaner is a bit large, I hope that could be made smaller in future, I hope this helps.

Second 9 Pro in ten years, only because we left the last one at a hotel in Wimberley. Most effective razor on the market and will last forever. Incredible battery life. Keeps itself immaculately clean. Replace the blade unit as recommended for best experience. Highly recommend. Worth the premium price. Rarely am this satisfied with a product.

**Updated Review after 2 weeks use** I raised my review from 2 stars to 4. The Series 9 pro plus replaced my series 7. CONS: of this shaver when compared to a 9 year old series 7 include the following. 1. Took a long time for my face to adjust. Did not shave as close as my series 7 for the first 10 days. 2. Very bulky shave shave head makes it very difficult to shave under the nose 3. Cleaning station is at least twice as loud as the previous cleaning station and has a bigger counter footprint 4. Struggles on some neck nairs PROS: when compared to 9 year old series 7 it replaced. 1. Arguably sleeker more modern aesthetics 2. Does not pull hairs and shaves quickly 3. Still made in Germany 4. Asuming the build quality is the same as my previous model, it should last a decade if well maintained 5. It does produce a notable closer and a faster shave but it took about 10 days of use to start getting this result. I'm assuming this was my face and technique adjusting to the new razer. Braun does mention this on their website. I initially considered returning it but I'm glad I stuck with it for a couple of weeks first. I would recommend if your unsatisfied with its performance at first, to give your face and technique a couple of weeks to adjust. You'll be well within the Amazon return window either way.

Expensive as all hell but worth it if you can afford it. I used to use an electric razor in the $100 range, and it was fine. It didn’t clean my scalp down to razor smooth, and it would take at least 5 minutes. And if I let it grow for more than a day, I’d have to use a razor to clear the stubble. This thing is fast (under 2 mins to shave head and trim beard), it gives a shave as close as a razor, and it can handle a few days worth of growth if I’m lazy. It’s also way easier to clean.

Exceptionally close shave for an electric razor. It cuts very well, without pulling hairs. The smart stand keeps the razor head clean and charged.

Wow, am I impressed by my new Brain Series 9 Pro + Razor (Model 9567cc). I’ve had my share of electric razors over the years, including a Braun back in the 90’s, but this new razor puts them all to shame. Absolutely blade quality on four day old stubble. Super smooth and easy to handle. I even put the included SmartCare Center through its paces. The Braun Series 9 shavers are more expensive than most, but you are buying quality and peace of mind. I’m very happy I’ve come back to Braun. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I am very pleased with this razor. I’ve retired so I am not shaving each day. This was a major pain with my previous razor, but the Braun takes care of up to 5 days growth with no extra effort. I do like the cleaning station. Since I am shaving only once or twice a week, I remove and seal the cleaning cartridge between shaves. It works well and avoids me washing the head and drying it by hand. My rating would have been a 5, except for my disappointment in the “manual”. It is all pictorial instructions. For many, I can’t determine what they are trying to tell me. See for yourself. The manual is online. I’ve had to watch a lot of YouTube videos and read a lot of threads to make sure I’m not doing something wrong (e.g removing the foil and washing the blades and foils. I’m still not sure how I should dry it before putting it away, It does seem that I can’t use the charging station for drying like I did with my older Panasonic.
