Looks good sat at the side of a bed. Light levels offer a good range on white light. Colour change lights are nicely tinted.Sleep and wake up functions are good.Sounds are limited loops and not that good quality.Over all good quality for the price.

Having received this product and using it for a week, my impressions are good. The light is soothing, I am impressed with the different light intensities and these are complimented by various sounds that are specific to user tastes. The soothing sleep light is a pleasant touch and i found that it complimented my sleep hygiene routine as well as helping to prepare me for waking up. The main resons however for my purchase were for my son who struggles to sleep and also maintain sleep due to his ADHD, i tried him with this last night as a passive test and it he was noticably more calm. So far so good. The functions are simple and are easy to programme with the help of the instructions provided.The other reviews were useful in my purchase choice and the seller has listed the item comprehensively, which aided me in my choice.

Great idea and almost delivers. The sound however (when it works) is very tinny and the sound loop is extremely short.Most importantly though is the fact that although the light part of the alarm seems to work, the audible alarm does not. It does not always play when the alarm activates. This lack of reliability means it can not be trusted alone to wake you up. Meaning I have had to continue to set a later alarm on my phone (the very thing I wanted to stop doing by purchasing this item).This is not cheap but I think in terms of what it is, it's relative and actually it, may he worth spending more on a better product.Shame.

Was loving but just stopped working

There are 4 wake up noises and 4 sleep noises. Great, I thought. However, they are twinned, so if you have sound 3, it is sound 3 for morning and sound 3 for sleep. I wanted sound 2 for morning and sound 4 for sleep, which can't happen. Easy enough to programme.The lighting clicks on in very obvious stages. I woke as soon as the 'dawn' light came on, as it isn't subtle.Cheap item - whatever is inside moves around really easily, so it isn't really portable, despite being 'rechargeable', so you don't need the lead all the time.Returned, as description for programming sounds didn't live up to reality.

So bought this as thought it would help me to wake up in the mornings. It's worked everytime and weirdly enough it's very helpful with waking up. Issue is I found it quite hard to program, I feel like the instructions could have been better, but once you get your head around it it works pretty well.

After pondering how much to spend to explore this idea of a wake up light, I went for this one which seems towards the lower price end without being the cheapest. And I must admit to my suprise it works well. What I have especially gained from is I don't need to check a clock time anymore if i wake up in the night. If the light is not on even in a dimmed brightness, I know there is more than an hour of sleep left before I need to get up. It is very easy to set up and is definitely a purchase I don't regret buying.

The clock alarm stopped working after a month.
