What I Feel You Should Know
Not going to bury the lede, here; I LOVE these lights! 😊I'll provide an objective review featuring the good and the bad, and hope it will help you make an informed purchasing decision. My first thought upon unboxing was that I appreciated the manufacturer sending them pre-tangled, which saved me the trouble of having to do it myself. 🤣 Ornamental lighting used to have heavier gauge wiring, and seemed a lot easier to keep neat. At the same time, I realize that companies are trying to offer more features for less money and I accept that cheaper components are necessary to accomplish this. I'm good with it.The accessories include a bag of hanging assemblies. The instructions show them being placed in between the wiring junctions, whereas they were obviously made to fit OVER the junctions. Each one is put together by attaching three plastic pieces in place over the T-shaped junction and securing them with two tiny screws (precision screwdriver included). Mine came with a mismatched number of pieces, and not enough to put over each junction as intended. Now, the good news: the wiring wouldn't fit comfortably through the things, anyway! So don't waste your time wrestling with these; just toss 'em! I ultimately put up 15 of these hooks... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BBQD8BYX ...spaced 4" apart. Works perfectly! Will also make it really easy to remove and reinstall these curtain lights seasonally.I'll paraphrase, but the adapter features a prominent label which basically says "In the name of all that is holy, do NOT let this get wet!" (If yours fries because you blow off the warning, that's on you.)There is a short length of line coming from both ends of the bottom. (No wiring, just for the structure of the grid.) I extended it a bit on each side and secured them to adjacent surfaces. This is to provide a little more integrity to the spacing of the lights and keep them from swaying in the breeze. When I stepped back and looked before plugging them in, I was wishing the wiring would've allowed for a truer vertical alignment of each string of LEDs. (There are some minor bends and twists, which keep it from looking like a perfect grid.) That said, once I turned it on, those concerns seemed silly. The lights are AMAZING! The colors are bright, vivid and infinitely adjustable. There's still a bit of a "novelty" factor to our display, as I don't think too many others are using this technology at home. While the resolution is limiting (i.e. if you've ever tried to create graphics on a 30x30 canvas, you know you can't do much), the preprogrammed files certainly convey the images they're supposed to.The included remote went right into a drawer, unopened. I'm using the app. Tons of options, albeit not very intuitive.I only just installed my curtain lights, but have already figured out how to create a loop of all the Christmas graphics, scrolling in the direction and speed I want, and each displaying in a 15-second rotation.I haven't been able to figure out how to add the "Merry Christmas" text message into my existing loop of graphics. I emailed "[email protected]" with that question, but it bounced because their inbox is full. Who knew that's even a thing?! 😅 I'll keep trying to do this. If anyone else knows how, please respond with the answer! (I'm not the sharpest tack in the box.)In summation, I do highly recommend these lights! They look cool as hell, and have so many different preprogrammed graphics and effects (not to mention the endless possibilities of what you can create on your own), I may just leave them up year-round!

Pretty good set just lacking some features
Pretty cool set of lights. I got the 2 pack of 400 lights each. The instructions suck and didn’t say how to install the brackets on the lights so it could be confusing for some people. The app connected easily to both sets. I was able to use the 2 remotes included but 1 remote controls both sets so you really didn’t need the second one. The fact that the remote controls both sets is not a big deal but annoying when you only want to change direction or images on 1 of the sets and then both sets change. With the remote if you select Christmas it cycles through all the pictures. With the app it will only scroll through the same image. You have to manually select the next image and it will cycle that until you change it. I wish I could make a slide show of images and not just the same one over and over. This only matters when you try to pair both curtains together. If you want 2 separate displays on each then it does that just fine. It’s only when you pair the 2 curtains together that it scrolls the same image. I’ve been all over the app and can’t do it. When you use the remote it won’t pair the 2 curtains together. Other than that it’s a pretty cool set.

Worth every penny
Bought it last year. I love the led colors, great lightning. I put it behind my white soft curtains and still glows a lot from the outside haha. One of my best toy for christmas. Can't wait to use it again this year!!

Curtain Lights
I liked & disliked this product both & here’s why. I thgt it would be so cool to change Scenes for dif Holidays & why testing out it’s dif features I Loved how you could Program all the dif bulbs to dif colors. It comes preloaded with a bunch of Graphics/Pics for dif Holidays but if you’re expectingHi Resolution Images you’re going to be disappointed.I looked arnd in all the dif Holiday preloaded pics & a some didn’t look to bad & I was Ok with them, but then others were really bad looking & by that I mean if you’re looking at an image & you can’t tell what it’s suppose to be then, that’s pretty bad quality & not worth even using. The Halloween ones were pretty bad which was pretty disappointing. Then the reason I returned them was in the App under the DIY section where you can create your own designs, like Letters, Numbers etc. I did a test & made the entire curtain one color & then put a Letter in the center of it in a dif color & then saved it.But then when I tried to have that image show it had Vert rows/strands of the lights that Did Not Light Up, & then when I tested it using the 4 preloaded pic scenes it comes with, all those images had the same issue, Vert rows of lights would not light up.But the weird part is I could go under dif parts of the app & choose images, or wording where the entire curtain lights were on so I knew all the lights in all the strands were working, but again when done under the DIY section for some reason Vert rows would not light up, so even though I wanted to like them & thgt they would be cool to use, I decided because some of the images looked so bad & with the Vert Rows not working under the DIY section that it wasn’t worth keeping them.Heads up try the Brightown C9 LED Christmas Lights I’ve probably bought almost $1k worthof these lights to put all over the outside of my house & on roof peak & they are GREAT I LoveThem! Give Them A Try You Will Love Them. I Plan on leaving mine up year arnd so I can jst change the colors on the house to fit any Holidaay color scheme I want for Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's etc.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D8VWQC44/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

Very WLED hackable!
The media could not be loaded. So this review is for the WLED nerds...Here we have 20x20 grid of "perfectly" (mostly perfect) spaced WS281x type 5v LEDs.These curtains use an LED chipset that works entirely/mostly like WS281x but are a bit different from most - each LED has a burned-in address. This allows the curtains to be manufactured "top down" with no return data lines. Each LED knows its address - so the data cable doesn't need to be continuous. Each strip is a dead-end and yet... it works flawlessly. The controller is unfortunately not great for advanced uses and you certainly won't be flashing WLED on it.I cut the starting cable and replaced it with the common locking 3-pin strip connectors on both the curtain and the controller - allowing them to be disconnected. This retains use of the original controller but also works great for WLED or any other controller that can do WS281x protocol. You can "chain" them in WLED to make much bigger matrices - but because of the burned-in addresses, each panel needs its own pin/output. This takes care of the fact that you'll have many strips with the same address space automatically. The only "bug" is turning them off in WLED - make sure to set each output to "Off Refresh" and that will take care of this issue. The pixels are spaced evenly on a grid - but expect a few strips to be off by a little bit due to manufacturing tolerances. An excellent price for 400 LEDs. My installation uses 5 panels for a total of 2000 LEDs.You can't get the effect in the video with the default controller, but it's relatively simple with WLED, and at a very good frame rate.

Really cool curtain (900 lights model)
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to order the 400 lights model but I instead bought the 900 lights model because it had the options I was looking for. It's really nice to have more than one options for the display . The loop option for images and a plus +++. 100% Recommend. And the seller give a great service.
