The media could not be loaded.  The chair arrived in two boxes, on two separate days, which I found odd. Either way, it arrived a few days early.The larger of the two boxes will need two men, or one strong very man with a dolly, to move.The assembly took me about an hour. There are 6 air pump tubes to connect and 3 or 4 other wires to connect. Pretty easy. I had a little bit of trouble aligning the last screw that attaches one of the arms. I finally, after quite a bit of finagling (and some cursing) got it to cooperate. The assembly manual (which is quite minimal) was clearly written by someone who speaks English as a secondary language. It was rife with misspellings and syntax issues. But it was still somewhat helpful and clear.Now the chair. It's great. The zero gravity feature is incredible. I fell asleep in eight minutes.This chair massages and squeezes every inch of you and it does it well. The massage intensifies as you move the chair into the zero-gravity position and your body weight is on top of the massaging units.The other thing I like about the chair is that it is rather quiet. We tested it by turning it on while watching a movie. It doesn't compete with it, nose wise.The only unknown factor is durability.So far, a GREAT value and product. Loving this chair so far!

My wife and I purchased this chair as our "family gift" this past Christmas, and we have not been disappointed! The chair arrived in two separate packages well before the anticipated delivery date. Assembly was simple and the chair was ready for use in mere minutes. And it has been used daily since we got it!As other reviewers have noted, the back massage in particular "packs a punch," but in doing so provides a REAL-feeling massage that actually provides relief and relieves muscle tension. Plus, the heated seat and built-in Bluetooth speaker add to the overall experience of relaxation, which is much appreciated at the end of a long day. Our one shared complaint is that the leg/foot massager is not separately adjustable. This aside, we highly recommend this chair and feel it's worth the price--so much so that the wife now calls it "The best Christmas present" we've ever given ourselves!

At 1k+ this chair is an investment, we found this chair to be an affordable & sleek looking alternative to massage chairs from other brands that easily topped 5k.Anyone familiar with how much a spa massage cost knows that this chair cost less than 12 massages.We liked the quality of the massage and many built in options that it provides. This chair was definitely made for people that are taller than my petite frame (I use a cushion to prop me up so the rollers hit in the correct spot) Personally I love the zero-g, calf air cushions and feet rollers find them to be very relaxing features.This chair is very easy to assemble (it comes in two separate boxes) the main chair box is quite heavy and will need two people to lift especially if you’re going up or down stairs. The side of chairs hook up using 4 color coated wires on each side makes it pretty self explanatory. Once the wires are attached you slide the seat onto hook and screw into place.Now for the negative- the air cushions -arm shoulder and hip really don’t do much. Shorter people will need to prop themselves up and the voice command is atrocious and annoying….doesn’t work when addresses it but will randomly respond to conversations that occur in the room…we just turned the chair off so that won’t occur. The massage timer is 15 minutes and automatically shuts off you have to return to start position to start another interval. I find this to be annoying. Hope this helps.

It comes in two boxes and is a bit awkward to move around. Actually it is not difficult to assemble. I really like all the air massagers...they squeeze and release on your arms, shoulder, butt, and calves and feels really good. It's easy to adjust the pressure if you want but I like the relax setting. I absolutely love this chair and it release my chronic back pain. I fall asleep sometimes when using it.

Product works great so far as I only had it for two weeks. The heat feature isn’t working though so I’ll be reaching out to their customer service soon and this the only reason why I gave this product a 4 ⭐️ Would of be a 5 if the heat worked. Great price and didn’thave to spend thousands of dollars like my family members did in their massage chair and does everything I want/need it to do. Meets all of my expectations and would definitely recommend this chair.

After using the massage chair for a week, I have to say this chair is amazing! It is one of the best things I have ever purchased. My only regret is waiting so long to buy it. It exceeded my expectations. I have fibromyalgia and after using it for 15 minutes I feel like a new person. It’s great for relieving sore muscles and improving circulation. My favorite settings are Stretch and Sleep. I have used the Sleep setting ever night before bed and I drift off to sleep almost instantly when my head hits my pillow. My husband and son love it too and use it several times a day.My husband and I have wanted a nice massage chair for years. After lots of research, we decided to purchase the Real Relax 2020 Massage Chair. It had everything we were looking for including the foot rollers, heat, and zero gravity options. It comes with six pre-programmed settings: Relax, Sport, Neck, Waist, Stretch, and Sleep. It is the best massage chair in this price range that we could find.Shipping was great. It arrived early, in two large boxes. Set up was fairly easy. My husband assembled it in about twenty minutes. We all love this chair and I’m starting to think one is not enough

I was hesitant to buy this massage chair at first because it was cheaper than the other massage chair in the market with the same features. So i was in doubt about the quality. When it arrived, no issues with parts and easy to assemble. Its been almost a year but still works very good.
