cant find any solution to test my relion prime glucose meter ???

If it contains a certain level of glucose, which it does, it should work with any brand glucometer.

What concentration are the low and high controls, in mg/dL?

I have high and in the insert it says my range is 263-353 mg/dl. The low is 36-65 mg/dl. Hope this helps.
