I have always been hesitant about spending money on this kind of product but I really wanted to try to help cool a room down that gets a lot of sunlight. The product is like a window cling. It was so easy to apply and adjust as needed. What I would suggest is maybe grid lines on the liner as it would help with a more precise cut so to save product. I only had to make sure the windows/glass was clean and applied it without issue. The hardest part was measuring and making sure the cuts were straight, hence the suggestion for grid lines. I know it won’t solve the problem but it would definitely help. I definitely recommend this product. Actually thinking of ordering more to finish applying around the house.

I bought the clear rainbow and the black privacy rainbow one and yes the black privacy one is completely blacked out. It doesn’t bother me because It’s pretty. The clear rainbow one looks beautiful in the light but I haven’t seen it reflecting rainbow rays anywhere so far but it didn’t say it would so all in all I think it’s a great 4 in a half stars. I didn’t need 2 people. And I have very large windows. But it would be easier if you have two people.

It’s beautiful on but what I didn’t realize before buying is that and mistake you make WILL be glaringly obvious. Otherwise it made my windows black out and had pretty rainbows when the sun hit it perfectly.

Product was easy to install. I like that you can see slight rainbow colors when direct sunshine. Keeps room cooler.

The ad picture shows a colorful pattern, that only shows if a light is placed close to the window film. The sun shade effect cools down the window. From the outside the window film is flat black. Adhered easily but will show air bubbles, so take time to really smooth film out.If you want to block light out, this really works.
