Computer was damaged and never turned on. We are being tossed around between amazon and HP with no resolution. Seller has sold a damaged machine and there is no support for either getting it repaired or replaced even though product is in warranty

I am using this PC from almost a year now. (also writing this review from same PC) It is good for my use (I am a software engineer, using this PC for my remote work) and occasionally for software development (java c++ and NodeJS) So if you are looking for tasks like mail checking, youtube, remote connection and some development. you can go for it. I have not faced any slowness for my tasks. My main reason opting this PC is for Screen size and for its portability. Of course it is not portable as Laptop, but I can easily shift it to different room at my home. downside is for some reason they denied my extended warranty when I applied online and they refunded back my amount without giving clear justification.

We are using it for over 3 months now and here are our observations. Cosns: 1 - SCREEN: The screen clarity is good but not great. A Rs. 10k-15k range monitor must be having much more crisp colors and brightness. 2 - SOUND: The speakers output is pretty low. At times when some podcast or video is not recorded well, you feel like making it louder but the speakers are not potent enough. Pros: 1 - SPEED: Works seamlessly and no lags at all. Quick reboot and restart. 2 - SETUP: Very easy to set up. Note: RETURN - Amazon does not let you return it. So order only if you are sure.

I ordered this product on January 20. Even after requesting early delivery, Amazon did not take it seriously. The product was finally delivered on January 29. As soon as I received it, I noticed a vertical line on the screen, which clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. I immediately contacted Amazon Customer Care, but instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to contact HP, or return the product. When I contacted HP, they informed me that although the warranty had expired, they were still willing to replace the product as a goodwill gesture. However, they asked for the seller invoice. Amazon refused to provide the seller invoice, making it impossible to proceed with the replacement. Left with no other option, I requested a return. Amazon informed me that the refund would be processed only after 13 days. Meanwhile, my EMI has already started, and I am now being charged interest for a defective product that I never used. Amazon promised that the return pickup would happen on February 3, but as of February 12, the product has still not been picked up for return. When I contacted customer care again, they again rescheduling.. This is a clear example of how large companies like Amazon exploit Indian customers. Customer problems are clearly not their priority. Selling defective products, avoiding responsibility, delaying refunds, and causing financial loss to customers is unacceptable. I urge everyone to be aware, speak up, share this experience, and raise your voice against such exploitation.

Nice one.. Superb look.. Nice performance too Best buy for 60k . Best packaging Fast booting Keyboard and stand is the main highlight Display is ok not awesome.. But good for this price range.. 1 tb ssd 16gb ram Amd ryzen 5 Really loved it. Must buy for normal users

Excellent AIO in the this price range

Don’t buy. They are delivering non working keyboard and mouse. Lots of hassle on getting it changed or repaired. The support is parrot who repeats same thing. Looks like they supply the same pc that has been returned by someone without even checking the functionality/working condition.
