Originally I gave this product a 1 star and wanted to give it 0 because I bought 2 for my daughters and the pen essentially didn't work on the one and the other didn't turn on at all. While there's nothing I can do but return the dead one and wait for the x14 to become available again the other was fixed with an update. After that it's a damn good drawing tablet. It can be a little sluggish when drawing fast but it's also not hooked up to an expensive computer either. Definitely surprised me.

**UPDATE**I contacted customer support and after going through several trouble shooting methods it was determined the tablet needed to be replaced. The tablet was replaced and now my daughter is back to drawing.The only negative part of the process was the shipping costs. Even though the source of the issue was defective software, the expense to ship the dead tablet back to Simbans was on me. It cost me $76.In my line of work, if the product fails, any additional services and/or expenses needed to rectify the issue on on my company, not on my customer.**ORIGINAL**My daughter is very much into drawing. I bought this for her as a Christmas give (Christmas 2023) and the tablet is broken just two months later on Feb. 24th 2024.... literally the day my tech support window closed. Coincidence?All was working well and then the tablet got stuck in a boot loop. After doing some troubleshooting the tablet stopped turning on altogether.This is the 2nd Picasso tablet we've purchased and it seems somewhere between 2-9months the boot load loop starts and then its just a matter of time before it completely fails.When it works the tablet is amazing for her. It doesn't require a PC to run. Its completely stand-alone and beginner friendly.I just wish Picasso tablets would work longer than a couple of months ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING I PAID $300 FOR IT.

My daughter is big into drawing on a tablet and this is the best one by far that we have gotten her. She doesn't have to plug it into her computer so it makes it easy for her to carry around with her and draw wherever and wherever she wants! She absolutely loves it! She has no complaints at all and is extremely happy with the performance and quality of her drawings! I highly recommend this for anyone who draws on a tablet!

Worked great, small to little learning curve from photoshop but tablet was responsive. It is hefty and there was a slight issue with the power button being triggered with the case, causing sleep mode to activate. Then just after my service window ended, the tablet powered all the way down and never charged again. After a short email with support team, an update resolved the issue and the tablet charges once again.

Absolute beginner at digital art but I am in love with my Picasso tab x14 it's worth every penny and I'd buy it again and again! The picture I submitted with this review is one I did on my Picasso of two of the best moms ever Mama2-Aunt Sue and my Momma-Lillie in heaven. It is a learning curve and I'm still learning but it gets easier each day and I wouldn't trade my Picasso for anything! I love love love it!

So after 6 months of very lite use, both the Tablet and the included charger bricked. I have reached out to Simbans for product support. Will update this review if they fix their product.

I received the tablet on 11/23/2023. I got to use it for one night before the pen stopped responding to the screen. It will start to respond on and off but it's basically to the point where I can't use the pen...I have been in contact with the company and they have advised it's a software issue and that the fix should be out soon....I will update my review once I can properly review and use the product but at this time I can't do what I wanted because the pen doesn't work.Edit 12/7/23 - working much better now and is amazing! I'm in loveEdit 4/29/2024 - it worked for like a month before the pen started acting up again. Put it down for a bit to let the software developers figure out whatever was going on since I couldn't do much with it. Now it won't even turn on- even tried reinstalling the OS. I'm really over this I wish I bought a different tablet. Id like a refund but unfortunately I'm outside of that window.

Bought for my daughter as a gift and she hasn't put it down since she got it! She's been fine-tuning and tweaking everything to suit her art style and is super happy with it!

Good tablet for drawing I'm not a good artist but like to draw this is perfect for my needs. It as a large screen that's what I need, having android installed it can be used for other things. I would recommend it great value for money love it!

Je cherchais une tablette autonome spécialisée dans le dessin pour mon fils qui souhaite faire des études dans le domaine de l'animation 2D et j'ai été surpris du peu de choix proposé sur le marché.La plupart des tablettes doivent être utilisées en combi d'un autre ordinateur et celles réellement autonomes proposées notamment par Wacom comme les "mobileStudio Pro" doivent être très bien mais hors de prix (à partir de 2300€ sic).C'est là que je tire mon chapeau à Simbans pour ses tablettes de la gamme Picasso qui offre des produits très corrects à partir de 200€ !!Pour une centaine d'euros en plus, je vous conseille le dernier modèle sorti Picasso tab X14 pour 320 € car elle correspond parfaitement à ce que je cherchais. Des logiciels de dessin et d'animation pré installés dont un avec les options pro offertes, stylet à 4096 pressions, écran 14p, vrai tablette tactile sous Android ce qui permet d'installer toutes les applis du PlayStore dont on a besoin, regarder Netflix ou jouer.Une protection dalle est dèja installée et la housse de protection est de bonne qualité et sympa, piles incluses pour le stylet + 1 en supl., chargeur, ..etc.Mon fils en est très content et c'est l'outil parfait pour débuter à dessiner sur écran ou de se lancer dans l'animation sans se ruiner. Pour ce prix, on a une tablette tactile sous Android avec stylet de bonne facture, logiciels adéquats, et un écran apréciable..Rien à redire quand on connait les prix des tablettes Samsung ou Ipad, d'autant même qu'elles soient plus performantes.

Excellente transaction, de la commande à la réception. Juste un petit problème avec un des éléments mais rapidement corrigé par le vendeur. Sinon la tablette est super, ma fille est ravie, merci !

Seconda tavoletta grafica autonoma che acquisto con questo marchio. Può essere utilizzata ovunque e non necessita di un pc. Molto pratica e di facile utilizzo. Va benissimo per me che sono un'autodidatta ma ha grandi potenzialità che a mio parere potrebbero soddisfare anche un'utenza di alto profilo semi-professionale e professionale! Ha uno schermo ampio e una fantastica resa cromatica.
