I took a chance as I wondered whether they would work and be safe and strong enough. WOW. Absolutely brilliant. Very strong and well-made, very safe and will take a tremendous amount of weight securely. They fit all my weights and also kettlebell. You can use with standing gym equipment as well as free weights.Also - if you have any problem with your hands, your grip, your fingers or thumbs, Reynauds disease, an injury, arthritis in your fingers or any hand pain - these are for you. You can do weights again without the pain.

I have used many other brands of these in the past. These are definitely the best they don’t fall apart and the neoprene around your wrists is much wider so the metal part doesn’t cut your wrists really strong I won’t consider any others now I used to use RDX these are much better I lift some pretty heavy weights bent over rows with 70kg dumbbells not an issue with these. They might cost more but last much longer and don’t cut into you like other due to durability they are cheaper in the long run

I have very small wrists and was concerned these wouldn’t work for me but they are great! Previously I’ve used straps but find these a pain to put on one handed. These hooks have changed my lifting life! Bit stiff to get on to start with when brand new but I’ve left them done up when not using and now they’re super easy. Would recommend!

They are very adjustable and help at the gym. Best to use on metal bars. They stay on your wrists and you can hold the curved ends. These helps you with grip and allows you to do more reps.

Bought this to assist with deadlift and pull up. I find the cup shape not very adaptable /flexible , ended up replacing this with leather grips which work very well
