Very good piece of equipment, fairly silent running and removes a surprising amount of liquid ffrom the atmosphere.A very good buy, good value.

While being a really good dehumidifier, getting rid of the mould build up I was continuously getting, it also acts as a cute night light with changing colours and as a white noise machine. It's quickly become a great addition to my room.

--Update--So this very quickly stopped working, turns on and even though it's warm enough to actually dehumidify, it no longer pulls any moisture out of the air. Not very good overall...---So I've already got a much bigger and more powerful dehumidifier that I use to help dry clothes (and the house in general) in winter and it is honestly one of the best purchases I've made. As such I wanted something for my campervan and have taken my big unit a couple of times, but finding storage space for it is a bit of a pain and it's quite power hungry. This small unit, while not able to draw moisture in a large space like my big unit, is perfect for smaller spaces, and means that when the midges attack (I live in Scotland) I can use this to keep the van dry over summer. It's reasonably quiet (basically just a fan to shift air) so you can leave it running overnight if you wanted.One thing I'd love to see, but appreciate that my usage is a bit niche - it runs on 12v, so a 12v adapter for use in a camper would be amazing; as it stands I'm trying to source one that will fit so I don't have to continue using my inverter.Overall for the price it's a good small unit for smaller rooms and would recommend.

It is not perfect, but for this price what do I want? As stated by other people, the higher the temperature the better it works, now in summer it is working very nice and capturing a lot of moisture, inwinter it barely caught any.I think it is due to the specific technology used. Do not expect miracles, especially if in winter you don't always have your heating on at all times. However, maybe it might make more sense to invest in a bigger one if you have a big humidity problem. If your problem is small, I think this is just enough for you.

I was living in an extremely old, damp, room and this worked wonders for me. Initially, I kept it on all day and some nights, and it removed so much moisture that I was able to leave it on during the day when I was away and there would be no condensation building up anywhere in the room anymore. Highly recommend, did a brilliant job.

Live in very humid country. This is amazing. My box room doesn’t smell of damp anymore. Easy to use and empty. Hardly makes a sound. Love it

Worked great until it didn't. It is noisy, but other than that I was very pleased with it... for about 2 months. after which point it just stopped working.

So I live in a park home, my place was recently renovated after some serious damp and mould issues, leaking roofs do that it seems! I moved back in after 6 months everything had been repaired, cleaned and dryed. Anyways I saw this, with autumn coming and thought it might do something to help any repeat, being so cheap it was a case of not expecting much and if correct, oh well, throw it on ebay! I still have not read the instructions, I just plugged it in and pressed start, to my amazement within 12 hours it had collected 100 -150 ml of water, I figured it must just be from cooking, breathing and sweating. So the next day I emptied it and went to work, leaving the place empty, on my return I was shocked to find a similar amount of water collected, I had a window open so immediately thought that it must just be down to humidity in the air coming in from outside. I've always been cynical and have found if something seems too good to be true it probably is. So I emptied it once again, closed all of the windows, checked the electric meter to see how much it was going to cost to run per day, and started up a 24 hour timer. 300 ml of water collected and less than £1 to have constantly running. I'm totally stunned, I dont even want to consider where this water would be if I hadn't bought this, have just ordered another as a back up, primarily as I do not expect it to last forever, though would be extremely happy if it surprised me again!As a footnote I noticed in some of the reviews comments about noise, is it whisper quiet? No, it's a mechanical fan, sucking in air passing it through a condenser and blowing it back out, its going to make a noise!! Is it loud though? No! It's reasonably quiet for what it is, I'm a heavy sleeper for sure, but can sleep soundly with it running less than four feet from my ears. Aesthetically it's neat, colour changing LEDs or a constant single colour, size of a midi hifi speaker in black and white plastic casing would fit well into most modern houses, all in all, extremely happy would buy and have bought again!

Chambre trop humide et problème suite à opération du nez par ORL qui a touché tous mes cornets donc me permets un peu de soulager le fait que mon nez ne peut plus faire son de capacités à convenablement pressuriser, diriger, tempérer, humidifier, filtrer, sentir et détecter le flux d'air inspiré. Un taux d'humidité ne doit pas dépasser 60 environ automne/hiver. Après cet appareil est au top pour vos petites pièces trop humides. Efficace et ne prend pas place.
