Was diagnosed with a 2nd degree pelvis strain with hip bursitis and needed a flexible ice pack I could wrap around my complete hip girdle. This was perfect! Im 5ft tall and petite frame. This provided a great fit without over freezing my complete leg. Can be used on other body parts as well.Would highly recommend.

Used after hip replacement. Liked large size and softer side. Stiff at first, then able to wrap. Doesn't slide or fall off since has straps. Recommend.

Just had a hip replacement. This works perfect. I actually ordered another one so I can rotate them out and always have a frozen one. They are flexible and can hold in place if you move around. I almost forget I have it on.

I would not buy again.

Don't listen to other when they suggest an ICE machine over ice packs. The whole idea is to put ice on and only for a 20-30 minute time then MOVE! You cannot reduce swelling just laying around with cold packs or ice. It takes Ice, Anti-inflamitory drugs and MOVEMENT.....Trust me and what most reputable surgeons will also tell you....Ice Packs before Ice machines.....

There aren't too many out there for the hip. It's kinda thin which is helpful if u fall asleep wearing. But because it's thin the coolness doesn't last very long.HOWEVER.. I would recommend., especially for the price.

I ordered because I have to have a hip replacement and I must do physical therapy prior to my surgery so putting ice on my hip is tricky but this makes everything easier and it's easy to use.

The straps only attach to themselves, leaving the slippery cold pack free to move around.
