They seem to be working as expected. Can see changes in the grow out in my nails. We use vegetable tabs but the taste is a little like bitters

Just read the book by Dr Ardis and bought this detox. Tastes great IMO no need for a chaser. Reminds me of a Negroni, very sweet and somewhat bitter at once. Hope it's working. I was never v@xxd but have been around people who have been and I do know it sheds.

Mmm, goes down like used motor oil with a hint of black licorice. Not my most favorite flavors. But it is Day #4. Feels like I'm breathing better, a bit of an overall lighter feeling in my head. So this is positive! Could be placebo but I'm going the distance... Don't forget a chaser. #vaccineinjured
