Hello Believer. The tube lists only the active ingr, which are Glucose Oxidase and Lactoperoxidase. (Enzymes end in -ase.) There might have been a list of other ingr on the package, but I no longer have that. It is manufactured and distributed in the US by Virbac Animal Health; you might find more information on their site. Hope this helps.

What flavor is the paste?

Seafood, although they have other flavors. My cats don't like chicken and seafood was the most likely flavor to curry their favor. They don't like the paste at all.
