I waited a month to write this review. This is the best shower filter I’ve used. I was concern about hair damage from the chlorine in my tap water, after a month of using this filter I feel there has been a difference with my hair and skin. The installment was very easy. The horizontal setup saves space from the lager vertical filters, and I like the look in my bathroom. I diffidently recommend this filter, even if you don’t have any concerns, clean water is always better.

I love this shower filter! I’ve tried a few in the past, namely some of the ones with those “beads” that they claim to filter out contaminants, even though they honestly didn’t. This one feels a lot different to those!!! I found it from online water quality blogs, all of the ones I browsed recommending it as their top pick for shower spout filters. While it doesn’t beat, say, a whole home filtration system, it does improve plain city water. The water where I live is really chlorinated and dries out my skin, and this helps to remove most of it! It does NOT soften water, just removes contaminants. Additionally, it’s one of the easiest to install shower head filters I’ve experienced, especially changing out the refills. The product itself is a 10/10, but I do personally wish the refills were a little less expensive. Overall, I would recommend but budget $30 to replace the filters, which I do every 1.5-2 months!

So far I’m a week and I’m starting to tell the difference on my skin, I’m excited to continue to see what it feels like in a month California water is terrible so this was a great improvement. It was very easy to install. The only issue I have had is a little bit of leakage on the backside of the filter connector that I can’t seem to get tightened down, but I think it’s probably user error.

This shower filter works! Yes, you will see a slight reduction in pressure, but that’s to be expected if you’re actually properly filtering your water. For me it’s not enough to discourage me from using since my pressure was really good to start with and wasn’t altered all that much. I find that replacing the filters is super easy and does not involve removing the entire device and shower head. I also appreciate that it doesn’t move the position of the shower head too much. This is something you must consider, especially if you’re tall. The frequency of filter replacement is entirely dependent on how bad your water is. Mine is terrible, so every 4 to 5 weeks is necessary. The only issue I had was upon initial installation. It’s very easy to cross thread if you’re not exactly centered since it’s made of plastic. That said, even if it broke tomorrow, I would buy this again!

Our home has well water that has a slight sulfur smell. The smell was most noticeable for us when showering. After much research, we decided to spend a little more on this shower filter. It was very easy to install, our water feels cleaner, and no more sulfur smell during our showers! The water pressure is slightly reduced but that was to be expected and it’s not super noticeable. We are very happy with this purchase!

I received this item and installed it on Aug. 18, 2025 and I’m writing this review on September 10, 2025. When installing, I followed the instructions word for word and encountered an issue with leakage. It was spraying water from the connection site from the spigot to the filter. There did not appear to be anything visually wrong with the filter so after several adjustments, I finally got it to a point where there was only a small drip of water while in use. I almost returned the item at this point but was so excited to get it because of how highly reviewed it is and decided it was fine because it wasn’t a serious leak. About 2 weeks ago we noticed the water pressure drop a little and kind of brushed it off to different reasons but unfortunately the water pressure drop has gradually gotten worse. This morning when I took a shower I decided enough was enough and I was going to share a video of how awful this filter has made our water pressure in less than a month of use. We live in Florida which is notorious for its poor water quality and we are also about 1/4 mile from a sound and a mile from a bay with the gulf only about 2.5 miles away so our water quality is exceptionally poor with high chlorine content. After doing loads or research in water filters, I was so excited about this one even though the price was higher than others. But let this be a warning for those of you who are also researching.. it apparently cannot handle filtering poor quality water. I’ve not encountered this issue with other brands of shower head water filters in the past. I took multiple videos with the filter on and after I took it off but unfortunately I’m only allowed to upload one. Our shower head is a waterpik brand and I assure you the water pressure issue resolved with the filter removed.

The plastic part at the point of where the shower head fits broke and now can’t use it. It’s been less than a month. But when it did work, the filtration was great. Sad there is no replacement part just for that.

Excellent! Water pressure takes a huge hit as the filters get used up, but I have no other complaints. Installation was as easy as it gets, changing the filters takes five minutes, no leakage or quality issues. Water feels great. For the price, it's great!

I got this because my skin was itchy because of the limescale, from the first use I've seen improvements. I do recommend it, you can also get the filters from the same manufacturer. The water pressure will drop a bit but it is what it is, you get used to it.

Funktioniert sehr gut und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Easy to install. Gives a peace of mind. Yet to replace the filter.
