Are the fans waterproof / resistant? I've used other brands and had to replace frequently due to moisture.

Used this on a 35 day trip, with weather conditions varying from 102 high, to 27 degree low. The only issue we had with the fans is when we overloaded the refrigerator, and pushed a jar against the switch, inadvertently turning it off. No moisture issues, and between this fan and the other fan I installed on the outside, the fridge performed much much better. We actually set the fridge down two steps in the high temp environment. Couldn't do that before by any stretch.

Will this help with condensatisation ?on ?

Yes it will be keep the cooling blades from frosting over.

Do I need two of these if I have a large rv refrigerator? (1 only covers 1/2 of the coil)

Not sure since mine works great in my rv refrigerator which is only 10 cf but I would think 2 would be better than 1
