I wore these on the plane for an overseas trip. Very hard to put on but you forget about it once on. One thing That happened with me is I must've pulled them on too hard as my toes were pulled back , sore and I couldn't wiggle them . It bothered me so much that I decided to pull them off so that I could put them back on without pulling them back so hard. When I tried to pull them off, it was so difficult that I had to find a spot on the plane that I could lay out with my legs spread in front of me. Some of the passengers probably thought I was nuts, But I finally got them off, and put them back on ( this time leaving plenty of toe wiggle room.) So caution, don't pull them on too tight. Leave plenty of toe wiggle room, or it may hurt. Oh yes, and they are very stylish. They do not look like compression stockings.

I purchased these for a family member and they are very snug for larger calves but they do work nicely once you get them on. They're nice and high and reach all the way to the knee which is great. They're also not too hot so they can be worn year round. They wash fine with Woolite on the gentle cycle and when hung out to dry.Overall, these are a little tough to get on at first but they work great and definitely cut down on swollen ankles and I certainly recommend them.

These are very good compression socks, durable, easy care, and do what they are meant to do. They are awful to get off and on, but that's how a compression sock is made. They do a good job of keeping my legs from swelling up when I'm on my feet all day, and they still look good after much wear and tear and washing.

These do not feel as tight as my other compression socks.

I am a 5'8", 170lb woman with size 11 feet. These socks are loose in the foot area and too short in the calf area. They hit 2-3 inches below my knee and they are too small in the calf. I'm not even that tall and have relatively short legs so with these being XL I am disappointed. They are waaayyy too tight and I was unable to wear them for more than an hour. They dug in and were cutting off my circulation. I have pairs from other brands that do not do this. If you have muscular or larger calves these will be uncomfortable. Pay a little more and get better ones. These were not worth it.

I love these socks. I purchased them for myself and my mother for our long flight to Europe. They worked great! ....My mother has circulation issues and she loved these socks. They worked so well on the plane that she wore them almost daily during our trip. We did a lot of walking and she said that the socks really helped to keep her ankles from swelling. I guess I'm buying her more.
