Must have! Love it!
Ok. So I bought this to bake my first ever macaroons as I m not very good at making them all the same size. This mat is amazing! So so easy to use, stress free. I made 3 tipes of macaroons already and I also made some profiterols. I m going to order an extra one as I want to bake even more!

Great for purpose
Does the job, makes my macarons nice and neat and great if you aren't very good at piping! Stuff does tend to stick to the silicone so it's not the easiest to clean but if you soak it hot soapy water you can get most stuff off.

Doesn’t allow macarons to cook
I used this blue matt and was wondering why my macarons were coming out poorly, I had tried twice and then used a different matt, with the blue matt, same mix and only the blue came out poorly. I attacheda pic with the top shelf being the perfect ones in the top tray

Good for value mini macarons baking mat
Super easy to clean. Nothing to complain about the product as it does the job, very good for value. A good size for mini macarons

It works well for me
It works fine for me, as you can see. These are 3cm circles, and the slight ridges help to stop the macarons from spreading too far.I agree with somebody else's comment that in a fan oven the air can get under the mat. But that is dealt with by gluing the mat to the baking tray with a little macaron mixture.I had no problem getting the macarons with nice even 'feet' with this mat. In fact I'm planning to buy another couple of mats.What I would add, though, is that the recipe supplied in the video and written recipe in the product box is proportionally all wrong. Use a different recipe (I use 32g egg white, 40g caster sugar, 40g almonds, 40g icing sugar). Also, greasing the mat?!? No, no, no!

Wrong upgrade
Unfortunately, the new/latest version of this mat is very bad. I have two old mats and they are amazing and unbeatable if it compares with others. But, I bought to extra mats to facilitate the demand and i am very disappointed. The macarons stick on the mat.I did use one old mat and one new one with the same macarons mix and the outcome was very different and disappointed.Please go back to the old material and thickness.

Not the best. Macron are difficult to make, tray doesn't really make any difference to help.
