Works as it should
Accomplished the assigned task, cut steel pipe and aluminum pipe without binding and chattering. Cut about 30 pipes and still has plenty of material left on it. A little pricey for 1 wheel but it works so I guess it’s worth it.

Cuts thin metal great!
It cuts 1/16-3/16 metal great and will last too if you let it cut instead of.......it does vibrate a bit more but not bad. This is all the metal I have cut with it thus far. Will update later if needed. Overall happy with it so far.

I prefer cutoff wheels for metal, but it does work
Being shaped like a masonry blade, I was worried when I first used it (and since then I have to remember that it is the metal blade now that the paint is mostly worn off!). But it does work, though I prefer the grind-style full gritty blade style because they make tinier flakes/sparks and seems less likely to throw something that could injure.

It Cuts!
The media could not be loaded. This blade cuts fine. The longevity claimed will take a while to test but so far I'm perfectly happy with the convenience of it.My rechargeable mini grinder is not very powerful but this wheel didn't seem to care as the rotation speed is correct. I like that it's not too sparky and is unlikely to break up in use which makes this a safer option. Cutting speed is a tad slower perhaps, but I'm OK with that as the edge grit quickly wore out. When pushed to a stall, it's good to know the edge can't develop and nasty little knicks. That's one of the advantages of not having a flimsy edge. The thickness of this blade is not bad, it's hardy and can take some abuse while still being a reasonable cutter.I did out of curiosity trim a little bit of wood with it, just because it was convenient and saved me going in to get the right tool. I was surprised it didn't smoke and burn. I think the wood was a bit more wet than I thought. Got through it and the hidden nail it found and demolished justified using the tool on that occasion. It's good enough for me.

Seems Like Good Value Compared With Fibre Type Discs
The media could not be loaded. So far I've used this for cutting 25mm x 5mm mild steel bar, 10mm mild steel rod, steel corrugated sheeting, and some 3mm aluminium sheet. The video is of cutting 25mm x 5 mm mild steel bar, sorry about the vibration, I just propped the phone on the table, but it should give you an idea of the cutting speed and lack of sparks at least.I'm pleased with how it cuts, it cuts quickly, I'd say appreciably faster the the fibre discs I have, and there has been no loss of performance that I can detect. There is much less sparking produced while cutting, so less chance of setting your trousers on fire, and much less dust produced. What I've done so far would I recon have used about three fibre discs. So if it does that three and a bit times, and I can't see why it wouldn't, I'd already be ahead as a box of 10 decent fibre discs costs more than this. The supplier claims 6000 rebar cuts, I can't confirm that and it does seem a bit optimistic, but it does look like much better value than buying fibre discs.Very happy with this so far.

Tough Cutting Wheel with potential for Long Life
The media could not be loaded. This cutting wheel caught my eye because it is metal with diamond bonding. Nice and thin like the composite wheels but many composite wheels do not last very long.Decided to give it a tough test - a hefty piece of steel tube that I found buried in my garden (for over 20 years by the previous owner of the house). Corroded, even though it would appear to be galvanized, and mucky. As you can see from the video, I was able to slice through in about 20 seconds. The photograph shows that the wheel looks unscathed!115mm wheels fit the average DIY angle grinder. Some will need a packing washer because the wheel is flat. This is a handy item for the toolbox!
