I used this on the rocker panels on my ‘16 Ram 1500. I made sure I did it on a warm day and left the can in the sun for around a hour before spraying. I also purchased the wand kit specifically for this product and was easily able to apply it on a crew cab. There would have been no reliable way to spray it where it needed to be to go without the wands. I test fired it before inserting into the cavity and the 360° tip on the wand made a nice circular fan pattern.

When used with the 3M extension wand set, this cavity wax can prevent future corrosion in rocker panels and door bottoms.

Subframe on a 2010 Subaru rusted out and had to be replaced in it's entirety. Needed to give the replacement every chance for a longer life, the 3M cavity wax should be used with the extended nozzle kit so it can be fed inside the frame to coat the inside as much as possible. On the outside you can use this or use fluid film. I'll be applying this every fall before winter starts. Applies as easy as spray paint.
