Great Everyday Use Projector!!
I’ve had this projector for over a year and I use it every single day as our tv. Within the past year, it has not gave me any problems nor has the image quality diminished. As someone has owned several projectors over the last 10 years I highly recommend this projector. I use a sound bar with it most of the time, but the speakers that come with it are very loud and makes it a great outdoor movie projector. It’s very portable and the fan is not that loud I did recommend using a 4K streaming device into it. Overall, I’d recommend this projector to anyone. The set up as easy with the auto focus and you can address the screen. Those features are hard to find on a projector!

Avoid
9 months in and this is a projector I have really enjoyed overall. It has major issues with my xbox series x and refresh rates despite various cables but other than that it's a vut slow to pickup resolution changes and at 4k there is a noise that's generally audible but not a deal breaker. That was until 2 days ago when it just shut down mid movie. It now powers on to a red/green alternating led indicating light source issue. I am within warranty and their site is terrible for warranty support. To register the warranty they want an order id but can't use an amazon order id and the field can't be blank. Alternative is to email them. No word back in 2 days. I would not remotely recommend guven the lack of service or communication and it's a shame as I really enjoyed their product and would like it fixed. No parts or other info online to allow repairs locally if you wanted. Good luck if you decide to purchase.

Good, but lacks audio out and usb c features
The Good: Larger 0.65 inch chip is notible in producing better contrast. Image is good at lower brightness modes. Form factor is great for room to room entertainement, love the handle. Boot up time is short and gaming experience was smooth. Built in sound is good for a two channel. The Cons: No direct audio output for any surround sound or wired headphones. Bluetooth out does not feature low latencyy audio so lips will be out of sync if using bluetooth headphones. The bluetooth out only works for casting. If you dont want to use the decent built in speakers because you either want surround sound or need headphones your best option is to directly plug in audio to your hdmi source (streaming box/game console). The usb c port is incompatible with Samsumg dex and i could not even use it as a mirror device for my phone through USB C. Only mirrors through casting. The wifi signal is 5 ghz only and not dual band so you will need to keep it closer to a wifi router for a signal, cant use it for casting a few walls away from the router. The lack of ethernet is not an issue since you wont be using the projector itself to stream anything. Lastly the advertised brightness, is not color brightness so if you want to run the unit at a higher brightness, color will apear washed out. This is only a issue with ambient light so if using it in a dark room and with a lower brightness it looks amazing. Overall: I think its a good projector, butthe lack of audio out options and functionality of the usb c port hurt the overall score.

Elite Gaming Performance
The NOMVDIC P1000 is a powerhouse of a projector that punches way above its weight in terms of raw specs. If you are a gamer or a 4K enthusiast, the "Ultra Fast Input" mode alone makes this a top-tier choice. However, getting it to play nice with a fixed screen like my Vutec requires some serious patience. The Pros: A Gamer's Dream • 4K Clarity & Brightness: At 2300 ANSI Lumens, the picture is crisp and vibrant even with some ambient light. The 4K resolution is stunning on a 120-inch screen, especially when paired with a high-gain surface. • Insane Low Latency: For gaming, this is the gold standard. In "Ultra Fast" mode, the input lag drops to 4.2ms ). Playing high-speed games on a screen this size with zero noticeable delay is an incredible experience. • Short Throw Versatility: You don't need a massive room to get a massive image. The 0.68 throw ratio is perfect for tight setups where you still want that cinema feel. The Cons: The "Alignment" Struggle • Difficult to Align: Unlike the Aurzen Boom 3, which snaps to a screen automatically, the P1000 is much more "manual." If your projector isn't perfectly centered or your screen is slightly crooked, you will be spending a lot of time in the 4-corner adjustment menus. • Manual/Documentation: The included manual is very basic. It covers the buttons and ports but doesn't offer much help for advanced geometry correction or troubleshooting. Verdict: If you want the best gaming performance in a portable 4K cube, the P1000 is unbeatable. Just be prepared to do the heavy lifting during installation, as the "Auto" features aren't quite as "magic" as some of the competitors. Once it’s dialed in, though, the 4K experience is phenomenal.

Great Picture but has issues
I’ve had mine for 2 weeks. Great picture, nothing comes close for the price. I’ve previously purchased the nexigo pj40, this is a major upgrade. Clear, bright responsive. Auto keystone is not great while projecting at an angle. Other than that no complaints. Update: The image started to show lines all over the screen. Reboot seamed to fixed it. If it happens again, I have to consider returning it as the company is no longer in business and their is no support or warranty.

Great affordable projector
Great projector for a great price. 4k resolution with great contrast when engaging the eotf of mid with black leveling. Way better than the Auzen Boom 3 that I'm replacing. Only disappointment is the lack of more than 1 hdmi port and no e-arc. Solved with a $30 audio splitter.

Thoroughly recommend this to all but the most pedantic cinephiles. But let's get the kinda-bad out the way; THE MEH: • It's only got one HDMI port. Would have been good to get an additional one a different side of the unit. Also, there isn't' a 3.5mm audio jack. BUT, the speaker is very loud and the Bluetooth is excellent. • It runs android but there's no play store support. BUT you can install android apps, including Netflix, Plex and Prime, as APKs from a USB stick. The projector doesn't support google play services, so you cant install Google-owned apps like YouTube/Play Store/Gmail. Make sure you've got the clock set to automatic as otherwise some apks won't install. • It supports 3D movies and they look gorgeous. But there is zero included instructions and customer support didn't realise it was 3D enabled. If you want it to work with a PC rather than spanking out for a blu-ray player.. On your computer install MPC home cinema, install the MAD-VR plugin, obtain a 3D movie, and get some DLP glasses. If the 3d setting is greyed out, set the projector to 1080p 120HZ in your PC display settings. • If your PC is going to be placed away from the projector (mine is ~3m) buy a decent quality 4k HDMI cable. Cheap cables do work but may intermittently lose signal for a second every few hours. THE GOOD • It's tiny, the fact a 4k short throw projector can be a dinky 30cm cube is a game changer. • Massive, bright, crisp image and deeper blacks than other entry level 4k projectors • Great speakers and great Bluetooth • The TV remote android app works great, the best smart phone controller I've ever used. Similar to the brilliant Unified Controller app for windows but less cluttered) • Also supports wireless keyboards, just stick the keyboard dongle into one of the USB slots. • Has lots of features I didn't know I needed from previous cheap projectors which make lense correction painless. A few reviews have complained about it not saving when you turn it off... It takes less than 30 seconds to correct each time you turn it on, perfectly acceptable. • An absolute steal for the £550 price, it's closest competitor as of writing is £1300, isn't short throw, and is twice as big.
