My dog will not allow her nails to be clipped by me so I got this thing since the dew claw was curling. I hung her up and she was just looking in one direction. I cut her dew claws and she did not move. Mission accomplish. This size was a bit too small because her body is longer but doable. I probably purchase a larger size.

Loved the idea but my frenchton absolutely hates it when it comes to nail trim day so I purchased this and his stinking butt has found a way to rock it back and fourth while trying to trim the nails so it has to be a two person job

Wow, I wish we had gotten one of these sooner. Our Jack Russell mix hates his nails done. $35/nail trim adds up. This worked well. Back paws super easy no problem. Front paws harder because he could reach around to them. Had my helper feed him treats to distract him and presto!! Front nails done. Note that the mail trimmers are not quality at all. We highly recommend this product for the grooming hammock.

This harness is great for suspending my pup while nail trimming. We hang it from an over the door pull up bar. I do wish it had a buckle of some sort across the back to keep him from wriggling out of it, the only reason for four stars. He thrashes about so much it takes two of us, and a muzzle 🙄 to keep him restrained. But it’s definitely much easier than trying to hold him down. Does the job it’s supposed to.

I gave this product five stars because of its design and quality, but not for its usability, lol. I have a cat who is fairly docile, and I've been able to trim her nails over a several day period (in other words, a few nails at each sitting). But I tried, with help from my husband, to get her in this sling. We couldn't even get her four legs through the holes, let alone go the next step. So this product is well made, but I'm not sure it should be advertised to be used for dogs AND CATS. If you have a cat, be warned!!!

I have several small dogs that I prefer to groom at home. One of them is extremely wiggly, and I was hoping this would make grooming her easier. The fit isn't very good, and it tends to unbalance easily. I have tried clipping the top of the sling, and this helps a bit. It does make grooming the feet, and trimming nails easier, but for an overall clipping it is not ideal.

My dog tolerates this amazingly well. Got it to help with trimming his nails. He is a small chihuahua with only one eye, so nail trimming was a strong anxiety situation for him. He actually seems to rather like being in the harness and looks quite comfortable. He's not scared, just isn't happy because he knows it's nail trimming time. I can easily keep his feet at eye level to make sure I'm not trimming nails too short. Love this!
