Even the best shoes at a sale price become expensive when paying the high cost of well known shoe inserts. I bought a pair of Nazaroo inserts, at around 15 bucks! Just as good as the expensive brands. I bought 3 more pair. I now have them in my most worn shoes. Great product, very supportive, very comfortable, very cost effective! Review: Works well. Seems to be a high-quality product. - I got new work boots that had very little arch support. (My target shoe size is usually a US 10.5) I ordered a smaller size of these and found that they hunted all over the place inside of my boots. (I could have returned these for free. I threw them out instead; nobody wants my stinky boot inserts; I did not deduct a star for this first impression.) I ordered a size larger and found that they worked very well. They seem to provide a very high arch, which for me with my flat feet took some getting used to. But once I got used to them, I now prefer these boots with these inserts over all of my other footwear. And that's saying something, since my favorite pair of regular shoes is a pair of Dr. Scholls slip-ons, and my other favorite pair is some Sketcher's boots that I'd been wearing (and wearing out, and re-buying) for nearly two decades -- both of which I latched onto because they made my feet happy. tl;dr, With my new previously-flat steel-shanked, steel-toed, non-slip work boots: They provide excellent support. I use these boots for everything from factory work, to walking to the store, to hiking, to ceremonial things like weddings. These inserts made my new boots work very comfortably. Other thoughts: I didn't trim my first pair, because they were simply too small. And I didn't trim their replacement pair because they were just right: They fit into my boots perfectly, don't slide around at all, have an arch support right where I need and.... My only hope is that when they wear out after a year or two, that I'll be able to buy exactly the same ones again. 10/10, would recommend for folks who have a hard time finding footwear that provides a high arch. (Would also recommend buying a couple of different sizes, trying both, and sending one pair back/throwing one pair out. US shoe sizes are pretty imprecise.)

A nice padded insole. I forget I have sore feet. First time in years.
I first put these in a pair of 10.5 size boots that I wear at work and because I bought a 11 to 11.5 insole. I felt the arch support was high. ( I think they were bunched up in the boot ) The next day I tried them in a size 11 boot I also have for work and now I have happy feet. If you have multiple shoes but you aren't happy with any of them. Pick up a pair. I have high arches on my feet. These are what work for me. No break in period needed people. I've already bought another pair for when I go out looking for a new pair of sneakers. Orthotics for Flat Feet, Shoe Inserts.

Layer separation
The insoles are fairly thick so they fit better in shoes/boots that have extra room. The support is good and after working all day on my feet with them my feet felt good. The problem I had with the insoles was after 3 days of using them the upper layer started separating from the inner cushioning.

Great Support, Less Cushion
Was in the process of upgrading the gear for a trip out west. Needed insoles for hiking boots, hiking shoes and ski boots. Ordered these and 2 others, WalkHero and Loibaso. Was going to pick one and ordered more of the same. Tried every combination and ended up keeping all three. The Nazaroo offered the best orthidics with a less cushion. The Loibaso has the most cushion and the WalkHero fell in between. Nazaroo in the ski boots WalkHero in the hiking boots and the Loibaso in the hiking shoes.

the wrong size twice
I ordered 10-10.5 mens. The pic is of the insert that I took out of my 10.5 shoe and layed on top of the Nazaroo insert. The Nazaroo insert is actually bigger than my shoe. It doesn't come close to fitting. I thought they sent me the wrong size, so I returned it and ordered another. When the new one came it was just as big as the first one. I'm unsure if this was a mistake 2 times in a row, or if this is a bad metric conversion, or if they just run 2 or 3 sizes too big.

Good for 3 wears, then compressed down to nothing for cushioning.
These are pretty thickly cushioned with a soft foam. At first it feels nice but within 3 days of wearing the insoles the foam has permanently compacted to almost nothing where there is a lot of pressure from my foot (i.e. forefoot and toes). They do have good arch support and are still reasonably comfortable, but they no longer fit the same and don't provide as much cushioning as they advertise. I'd stay away from these.

Good insert, but go up a size
I really like this insert. The heel part is a little stiff thus giving decent support, and the rest is soft to make bending of the foot easy. Overall very comfortable. My only qualm is in terms of fit. I am definitely a size 6.5 and the corresponding insert is a good inch too small. Most of my big toe hangs over the edge of the insert. I would say go up to the next size if you are on a half!
