Why would I want 1” inside diameter versus 0.75”?

1” will provide more flow. It really depends on the size of the return pipes in the pool or spa.

The top part looks gray. I need gray, is it?

The ones I bought from Amazon were off white. Remember when they were in the pool under the water, light refraction will change their color slightly too more of an off-white but they were definitely not gray.

Is there a performance issue or difference with using a different size opening ?1/2”, 3/4” or 1”
