Price is right and they work
These actually fit the Honeywell UV Surface Treatment Coil Plus Model Model#: UV100A1059. I had a few that didn't fit or didn't light up. Light was super bright. Each light should last about a year. I'll report back if I see any issues.

Completely ineffective
I bought these to get rid of bedbugs and they didn't work at all. I already had a base they fit in, as the original lamp and base arrived broken, but are a waste of money. I even left them going for several hours a day, and still had bugs. Just get your house heat treated!
