Be careful that you don't over-steep it, or it will get bitter. A three minute steep seems to be perfect for me. I have hung on to my original tin from several years ago that had a silicon seal inside the tin since they have phased it out. Now I dump each new batch into the old tin for a better seal. Pleasant tea.
I have been brewing and drinking Sunflower Jasmine Tea for 50 years. This most recent tin contains more stems and less jasmine than the brand once contained. O tempore, o mores.

Best flavor jasmine tea ever!

Buy the larger cans, either 8 or 16 ounce
Believe me when I say I have drunk my weight over the years in this tea, always from the 8 or 16 ounce cans and they were always fresh and lovely, fragrant with jasmine, so much that the smelling of the tea itself, was a part of my ritual for brewing it. HOWEVER the four ounce can was like a different tea completely with none of that lovely floral aroma and flavor that I can find. A complete waste.

REALLY DELICIOUS!
Delicious! I try to drink this fabulous tea a few times a week. It relaxes me and the taste is wonderful. I add a little honey, but not too much so as not to overwhelm the taste of the tea. Hope you enjoy it as much as I!
