Works great
Since I have been using this it has me going very regular again. I feel like I am in my 20’s again. Hopefully it’s not my imagination but I feel like when I go it actually empties me out, and it’s usually once maybe twice a day now rather than 4-6 times a day. I do add a few drops of liquid stevia to each cup for flavor.

Great product
My doctor said I needed to increase my fiber intake. This is an amazing job, but I’ve been using it for a while now. Very happy with the results.

Great fiber supplement
I bought this because it doesn't contain the additives that Metamucil and others have and contains a high quality psyllium husk. It really is a high quality product. I mix it with room temperature juice as I think it helps to dissolve better instead of clump up like it does with cold juice. There is a mild taste to it but you can barely taste it when it's mixed with juice. It did take me a couple of glasses to get used to the texture and taste but now I'm so used to it, I don't even notice it. I started taking it bc my dr wanted me to start taking a fiber supplement to help with my cholesterol and I'm happy to report that it has helped bring down my triglycerides from 450 to 76, although I still have high LDL cholesterol and high total cholesterol (my total cholesterol did come down though just not within normal limits). I will continue taking this since it seems to be helping. Just be careful, you want to drink plenty of fluids with any fiber supplement otherwise it can constipate you.

Great alternative
Purchased this product as a alternative to store brands because I wanted a product with no sugar, food coloring or other impurities. Drawback is you definitely need to get used to the taste(not for everyone) and also need a frother to dissolve this product since a spoon won't work well and the product will clump. Personally I think the minimal drawbacks are a small price to pay for a healthy product.

Healthy and Helpful!
Started taking psyllium husk for digestion. When we first used this it was clumpy and hard to mix. Did some research and saw the suggestion to use a cheap frothing tool to mix this (we got one from IKEA for $2-3). Makes a world of difference ~ doesn’t clump anymore and tastes great! Would recommend drinking as soon as you mix as it starts to turn to jelly pretty quickly.

Highly Rated by Consumer Lab
I first started buying Yerba brand psyllium after reading that Consumerlab.com listed it as one of their top picks for psyllium supplements. It's a subscription site that evaluates all types of consumable products. They tested samples of many brands for heavy metals and other contaminants, as well as tested for actual psyllium content per serving. Note that this brand is available in both "whole husk" form and powder form. I've tried both and they work equally well. Yerba psyllium powder dissolves easily in water because it's a water soluble fiber. I drink a whole glass of it quickly after stirring because that's the easiest way for me. If you wait too long to finish drinking what you've prepared, it will become too thick to drink. But that's the case for all mixable psyllium products. Pros: Relatively low price per gram of fiber. Mixes easily in water. Relatively low in heavy metals vs other brands. Wide plastic jar opening makes dispensing with a spoon easy. Cons: None that I'm aware of.

Tough to mix, has a taste
I’m confident in the overall quality, but it’s a pain to mix and it definitely has a taste - kind of earthy. The only way to really mix is to shake.
