I cannot find my prescription at all... there are only + prescriptions, no -... i am -0.75 but cant find one pair! Any help please?

These are reading glasses which magnify everything a bit for those of use who are getting older and whose arms are no longer long enough to be able to read clearly!  They will always be ‘+’. 
A ‘-‘ value is a standard prescription for short sightedness. These glasses will not help for short sightedness, and in fact if you are short sighted and not old and knackered then they will make things worse. 
If you have always been short sighted but are now old and knackered then you might find you need your standard glasses for distance work and reading glasses close up. I currently can just about focus close up by just removing my normal glasses, but am best with reading glasses and contact lenses in. 
You might be able to find simple glasses for short sightedness online, but most people have different prescriptions for each eye so maybe not. Probably needs an optician visit.

i dont know the size but they fit my face/eyes well....of course you get what you pay for but i would buy these again
