Q: Solution for paper jam

After reverse and forward a few times. If it still stuck I pull paper out with a pliers while it’s reversing.

Approximately 17 3/4" tall without the wheels.

Q: My old Royal had a removable top (and a basket). I could remove the top, flip it over, and clear any paper jams. Does this one allow that?

No removable top, safer that way. So far, it has preformed very well, no paper jams, a bit noisier than our previous one and no overheating with continuous use. Overall, great for the price.
