has stopped working after using twice - not a battery issue
Amazon 'contact trader' is just sending me round in circles - the product is defective, but seems i cannot return it after only 2 months of owning it.

Don’t work without batteries
It came ,I was waiting at the frount door,it was not left on the on the door step? It had no battery’s,and it’s very small and flimsy for the price. Very disappointed.was needed for my very sick daughter who has COPD, and was waiting for it at the door. As it was needed
