Very effective
I've tried every enzyme and digestive aid due to IBS with constipation and this works better than anything. I combine with the generic version of culturelle probiotic for each meal

They now contain LACTOSE
These used to be great, but when I reordered in December the pills that showed up now contain lactose. Very disappointed about the change in ingredients. If lactose is an issue for you, avoid these.

I was really taken aback at the strong smell. You have to take this tablet with lots of water. It definitely aids in the digestive process and leaves me feeling comfortable after eating.

Seems to Work Well
I AM USING THE ENZYMES IN CONJUCTION WITH, A 50M probiotic and Renew Life Instinew. I had a sore gut, seemed to be colon and lower intestines for a few years. I was feeling so toxic, I am in war for health. I am studying Hula Clarks book and going thru each step for better health.
