I take care of my mother that has dementia and she cannot use the bathroom these adult diapers are the best I've tried different brands and different types and these are far the number one leek free heavy duty diapers for day and night they're the best by far!!! I will never use any other diapers !!!!!!

Since my 110 pound mother‘s incapacitation five years ago, I have been purchasing Attends Premier adult diapers on a regular basis. After considerable research I found this to be the best product available for her even though they are very expensive. I received my regular delivery today and I was wondering why the box of Attend Premier adult diapers was so much smaller this time. Upon opening the box and removing a package I noticed that it was several inches shorter than the previous packages we received. Now I see why. Shrink inflation? At $100 a box I do not think the size of the diapers should have been reduced. It will no longer be effective! You have removed the very features that set Premier apart from other diapers. I am so disappointed. And without warning.1. The extra side padding has been removed, which prevented side leakage. My mother, who is 95 years old, must be turned every two hours to prevent pressure sores. With the new diaper, we get excessive leakage when she is placed on her side. This not only causes the bed to be wet, but causes her skin to become irritated.2. The blue thick barrier along the edge of each diaper has been removed, so it will no longer be effective at retaining.3. The old one weighed 6.7 ounces and the new one only weighs 6.0 oz4. The absorbent padding in the front and the back of the diaper at the top edge has been removed. Why?5. Because of the removal of the side padding, the diapers, no longer fit properly and are too big! They wrap too far to the other side and when the diapers are closed, they are no longer secured against leakage.6. The sticky surface area of the tab has been reduced, so it does not stick as well. Some of the diaper ripped just by opening it. When attempting to remove the diaper, the whole side of the diaper ripped off!Poor design decisions were made on this premium adult diaper. I hope they are corrected.I will be returning this case of diapers because they do not serve my purpose. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that the part has been resigned. After purchasing it 40 times from Amazon alone I will not be purchasing this product. What were you guys thinking?

Very good product. Tapes can occasionally be torn off, if caregiver is pulling too hard to get a good fit.Dealing with a patience with advanced incontinence, the absorbency of this product has made both of our lives better. Has almost eliminated leakage issues, so I think she is more comfortable.

WORTH THE MONEY !!! Total recommend these ! They use these in the hospital as well , that's how I learned of this brand Attends ! Works very well for special needs bigger children or adults. Expensive but so worth it !!!! No leaks, no tears, different ones you can buy like overnights for more protection ! Attends beats out every other brand hands down !!

One of the softest briefs available and also very absorbent. The material is somewhat saggy after being on for awhile but overall a great product. Highly recommend for day and night use

Used to be things were supposed to last at least before using. Attends Healthcare Products have sercume to spend more get less. They used to made a decent product. Now the side panels tear before even applying the product.

I use to love this product, but I don't think I will buy anymore. I contacted the company and was told they changed the way they were made. They rip and are not leak proof anymore. They have sent me some samples to try, we will have to see how these work.
