Perfect on induction hob
Perfect paella pan for 4 people, with side dishes. It looks good and cleans well. Better looking that just a standard silver one and comparing prices this is definitely good value.

It warped - badly
Purchased Nov 2022, I used this as a frying pan just for fried eggs on my induction hob, first time great, 2nd time also great, third time it warped, 4th time it warped even more now if i pour oil in the center I watch it run and collect all round the edge and the pan is now totally useless for cooking anything, it has been a complete waste of money.

I have moved house and my new job is induction so I am having to replace all of my pans and this works brilliantly on my new hub.

Sturdy and so easy to clean.
Excellent pan. We bought it for paella but use it for most pan cooking. Sturdy and so easy to clean. Works brilliantly on our induction hob.

Just what I wanted
Nice quality pan, great for my induction hob and just the right size.

Curved base
Unfortunately, the base is not completely flat, so you get a swivelling pan and the heat from the ceramic furnace stays mostly in the middle. Disappointed.

warped on first use, waste of money

Paella pan
I bought this to make a paella, found it had good all over heat, the first recipe I tried said not to stir consequently we got bits burnt on the pan, but with some Fairy liquid on it let it soak and it came off, still took a bit of rubbing. Next time we had a paella I stirred it at times to stop the sticking and burning, far better and then found pan was easy to wipe clean.
