I ordered it because a doctor said it relieves allergic itching. And I can cry with joy. I have been using it for 6 days and I have not had an allergy attack even once. My legs itched every evening. I am very, very, very happy!

Zhou products are awesome. I use their nitric oxide booster for 2yrs now and I know they produce great quality. This is my first time using Zhou's black seed oil and I'm confident it will be beneficial to my body and mind. They are easy to swallow, clean appearance and packaged well.

This is the best and least taste offensive way to take black seed oil. Clearly less expensive to buy bottle of oil but you are much more likely to take caps

Just like everyone else I saw these on TikTok and I decided to give them a try. I also was intentional to wait 6 weeks to leave this review to allow enough time for results, and I have to admit, I'm impressed! When I first took them, the taste was kinda annoying because you burp and you can taste it. But after about 1-2 weeks, I totally didn't even notice the taste anymore, even when I burped. I also choose to take these before bed and I think that helped reduce my notice of the taste and it didn't effect my sleep cycle at all. It has now been about six weeks since I first started taking these pills, and my hair and nails have been grown soo much!! At first I couldn't figure out how the heck they all of a sudden were growing so nicely and then I remembered that that's why I started taking these pills! I am super impressed. My hair is noticeably longer and my nails are noticeably healthier. I also don't really struggle with acne other than an occasional really annoying pimple that lasts for like 2 months and scars, but so far I haven't had any new acne or pimple developments and I think this has helped with that too! So for those perks, I am super happy. HOWEVER! I am convinced these pills have made me constipated as that can be one of the side effects. So be careful if you're someone who struggles with that already! But for me, it's still worth it so I am going to continue taking them because I am obsessed with how amazing my hair and nails are lol. So 8/10 recommend - make sure when you buy it, to plan to buy at least two bottles to give yourself enough time to actually see some results!! Remember, it can take 6-8 weeks :) Update: after going to the doctor and going on meds, we realized it was these pills. So be careful! That’s why it’s 3 not 5 now!

If I could give this black seed oil 10 stars I would. This is one of my favs and I refuse to buy any others because this one works so well for me. This is about the 4th or 5th time that I bought it. It leaves no after taste nor a weird tasting burp. So easy on the stomach and it barely even smells. But it works AMAZING!! I don’t work for this company at all but I do certainly recommend it for trying. Trust me that I am a major sceptic but I let it go by the end of the first bottle. Try it and Hopefully you will love it as much as I do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I began taking this after a torn meniscus years ago and haven’t stopped. It has daily benefits, especially fighting inflation. I recommended this to my sister who has autoimmune issues. She too has noticed a vass improvement. We’re hooked! If you have little health issues, such as aches and pains, please take this for a month or two. I would bet you will notice a difference within a week. If you have serious long-term issues, I would also recommend taking it for a month or two. Doctors are never going to tell you to try this or that. They want to prescribe medications to you to “manage” the issue so you’ll be a repeat customer. I read in a medical journal, “Most diseases begin as a source of inflammation somewhere in your body.” I would rather take a black seed oil capsule every day and rid my body of inflammation rather than fight a horrible disease for the rest of my life. I realize everyone’s body is different. Just try it. I truly believe you will benefit from taking cold compress black seed oil capsules.
