conference camera of next level
The media could not be loaded. When I initially received the product, I am surprised of the size. I thought it was a normal video camera until I found that it is a combination of 4k camera plus high quality speaker. It was easy to setup, connect to the power supply and the computer, no need to install anything. It will pop up in your setup list. The picture quality is very good, crispy clear, voice is clear, audio speaker is also high end, feeling like sitting in the studio. The remote control is helpful to adjust your position in the frame for your presentation and you could also flip the image, no longer need to find the unmute button panicly in meetings. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

CAMERA GOOD FOR EXTRA WIDE ANGLE AND TRACKING; NOISE CANCELLATION NOT SO GREAT
The camera was fine - has a wide angle that will capture an entire room - a big room! The microphone picks up very well, but the noise cancellation on it needs some tweaking (and you do have options for tweaking, but it still needs some improvement or else you get the "tin foil factory" kind of noise).Naturally, if you're doing a single person shot, it's going to flatten you out a bit. The camera really shines if you're doing the whole room.Says it's "Zoom Room Certified" and since Zoom can't seem to cancel noise effectively either, maybe they can work on this together to get a better result.Granted, most of this can be fixed in post, but people on a live feed would probably prefer a better sound. It's the incidental sounds that end up making the worst noise, they do manage to get the voices clearly through the noise cancellation, but the roar of noise cancellation sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard to me.Has good AI tracking - the camera will follow you or whomever is speaking.Overall, there's a lot of capacity here for good results.Generally, any microphone anchored to a camera that's going to be a distance from your speakers will have to work extra hard to produce good sound. This does produce clear voices, so it's doing a good job with the limitations it has in build to get the message through.I have a separate review for an add-on mic from RayBit that can improve your sound experience (which is probably how I'd set it up even if I didn't have the compatible RayBit mic - getting your mic close to your speakers solves a lot of problems).I think this quality of equipment will be something you can continue to upgrade with firmware, which makes it less of a "one and done" and more of an ongoing investment where the quality can continue to improve. That's a lot better investment than dropping $50 on a webcam every year that doesn't have half the capacity of this one.The fact you can control a lot of these factors gives it a lot more possibility for improvement over the out of the box performance. We do that with our TVs, computers, phones, so it's not unreasonable to expect to do the same with a high-end web conferencing camera.NOTE: SINCE THE ADD-ON MICROPHONE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO POST A SEPARATE REVIEW, I WILL ADD THAT THE ADD-ON MIC IS A FIVE-STAR MIC. SO BETWEEN THE FOUR-STAR CAMERA AND FIVE-STAR MIC, YOU'RE GETTING A 4.5 STAR PRODUCT THAT'S WORTH THE INVESTMENT.

Malfunctioned after two months
This seemed like a solidly-built videoconferencing system. Setup was easy and it was working OK at the beginning. But it quickly started having some weird issues with the microphone and would lose the connection in the middle of a meeting. It also doesn't have a power button, so as long as it's plugged in, it's on and listening. Which didn't seem like a great thing, so we always unplugged the power cord in the back when not using it. It basically became inoperable, so I returned it to Amazon.

Video Conferencing System Full of Technology
The RayBit TB5 Video Conference System features a 120 degree wide angle, ultra 4K pro video and 4 microphone arrays with stereo speakers. It is pricey, but a great solution for a business conference room system. The wide angle and high res camera allows you to capture everyone in the room and gives clear quality to the viewers in your meeting. The built-in audio system features 4 mics so the sound quality on the other end is pretty good. I would recommend getting the expansion mic to put in the center of your conference table for added sound quality and ease of muting. The expansion mic is 360 degree omnidirectional and has sound reduction. You can mute from the mic and can see when you are muted by the color of the light. The speakers are just alright and could be better at this price. If you have an option to get better speakers or a sound bar, I would recommend doing so. The software on this system is pretty impressive and has many useful features. It has auto framing and focus, AI face and speaker tracking, and an auto detailed zoom (although I would turn this off for conferences, as this can be distracting and confusing). The system is also zoom and teams friendly, which is what most people use these days. Overall, happy with this video conference system.

Clear video, needs better mic
It's a clear video...nice! It has a wide view so I can show my entire team in one room. The mic though needs help. The viewers on the other end have a challenging time hearing...especially when multiple people are talking. The sound comes through but it's not crystal clear unless one speak louder or moves closer to the mic on the video. Not optimal for large conference rooms.
