Q: What is the difference between the 102v and the 102h

102 refers to the load index of the tire. V and H are speed ratings. V speed rated tires are capable of speeds up to 149 mph. H speed rated tires are capable of speeds up to 130 mph. When replacing tires, we recommend replacing with a speed rating equal to or greater than the tires that came as original equipment from the manufacturer. The handling of a performance vehicle may be different when the replacement tires are not the same speed rating. Refer to the owners manual of your vehicle for any speed rating restrictions.

The manufactured date is the last 4 numbers on the DOT code which is located on the tire sidewall. Unfortunately we are not able to provide this information at the moment, since the tire is at the warehouse. However, we only sell tires from our MAST Distribution Centers that are manufactured within 3 years.
