It was simple to assemble. The instructions were really well made. I assembled this with my wife and it took 30 mins. The materials are really sturdy and really high quality for the price. Really happy with the purchase.

Bei ab und wiederaufbau sollten diese gegen frische ersetzt werden da die Nylonringe sich durch den einmaligen gebrauch abnutzen und eine losdrehsicherung langfristig nichtmehr gegeben ist. Aber dies ist ein allgemeiner Hinweis und betrifft Sicherheitsmuttern unabhängig ihrer Herkunft. Das Hantelrack ist praktisch und das Training damit bereitet mir viel Spaß. :-)

It's a great squat rack, mainly because of the safety bars and overall quality. The height should be one hole higher(I'm 1.82m). At the highest position, there is no protection at the back, when the bar is set back in place on the rack after squatting.

My basement will not accommodate a full sized power rack so I opted to buy this gem last year. After roughly a year of using this, I can confidently say that this item is a great item to buy if you have a basement like mine that is too short to accommodate a full sized power rack/squat rack. It handles more than enough weight for a great workout and is a great space saver as you can do multiple exercises on this such as: squats, bench press, raised deadlifts, military shoulder press and if you have resistance bands with attachments, you can string it around to do stuff like seated rows and other exercises with them as well (although I would advise having weight some weights on the provided holders to keep it from giving you a kiss on the forehead), All in all, This is an excellent piece of equipment, I love this thing, I am soooooo Happy I bought it. Don't even get me started with the price. You cannot beat it, and it is lightweight and easy to assemble, I would recommend that you use an actual wrench and a ratchet wrench as the ones they provide are not the best, but you could use them, just a ratchet wrench and wrench combo are better to get it nice and tight. If you buy this, you will be honestly satisfied with your order. This sees so much use at my place, I have put 505lbs of weight on the very top of the rack and it holds like a champ, I have no fear of this thing breaking on me, maybe once I get passed the 600lb mark, but that won't be for a while.
