Better than expected!
The media could not be loaded. For the price point this machine is, it gives a great exercise. I have mobility issues and I started with the first level. Walk in the park mode I call it. Week 2 I switched to level 2 and wow it really worked the muscles in the legs. I could feel it from my ankles to my hips. Week 3 I have moved to level 3 and this machine really holds up! I like the portability of it as I started to have my elderly mother use it with her at home PT. The physical therapist was also impressed. Pro tip: follow the guidance on lubricating the wheels every so often. I used just plain petroleum Jelly and no problems with the wheels.

Quiet and smooth
Looked and researched for awhile and this is the one I chose.. I am 68 and needed to get back to exercising after many falls.. This unit is solid and easy for me to use. Great value for the money, I would recommend this product.

easy to use
Easy to use right out of the box, no assembly needed. Automatic or manual. It is quiet, the three programs all run 30 minutes each. It has a Remote control, but it doesn't always work as it should. The unit stays (mostly) in place on the carpet and has a variety of features. Great for leg exercise. I got it for better mobility. I also have tendonitis in the hip which I think it has helped. It is not that heavy, maybe 10-12 lbs.Elliptical machine is ideal for seniors and people with limited mobility.

Easy to use
My Dad hasn't been able to get a good nights sleep in years because he gets leg cramps that wake him up. He started using the elliptical about 3 weeks ago and hasn't had a leg cramp for 5 days now! Great product!

Awesome Desk Elliptical for Elderly Mother
Bought this for my mother in law because she has back pain and can not walk for long periods of time and this way she can get some movement while reading or doing her puzzles. She uses it everyday and I know it is helping her strength. So glad I bought this.

Effective and Sturdy: ESL Under Desk Elliptical
I recently purchased the ESL Under Desk Elliptical in the Blue model from Amazon. Despite receiving the sterling silver version, which I believe was priced slightly less, I found the machine to be quite impressive. It's quiet, as recommended, and surprisingly hefty, indicating durability. The remote control and LCD display make it easy to use. Overall, it's a decent machine, and I'm looking forward to incorporating it into my weight loss journey.
