Lovely little tablet. Very light and easy to carry around. Beautiful screen and graphics. Perfect for reading or quietly watching a show or movie. And the price was right. Shipping was very fast. I received it days before they predicted. My only complaint about the Kindle in general is the rather lame games and limited apps available. I would like to be able to get the same news apps as my phone, for example, but I cannot. Games, too. So many won't work in the Fire tablet. Wish they would change this so the app store carries more choices.

Excellent quality and overall great impression. Battery lasts pretty long and display quality is decent. Easy to use and yes in the Amazon app store there are Youtube apps that can be downloaded to watch YouTube videos. If buying this also recommend buying a screen protector and cover for it to protect it if you'll be taking it without outside of the house. Product came with a single wall outlet charger.

The newest Amazon Fire HD 10 is not trying to compete with high end tablets, and honestly that is why I like it. It is built for relaxing. Streaming shows, reading Kindle books, scrolling, light games. The 10.1 inch screen is a nice size for watching something without squinting, and the battery holds up well for lazy weekend use. It feels simple in a good way. Easy to set up, easy to hand to a kid, easy to toss in a bag for travel. If you want something affordable that covers entertainment without turning into a productivity machine, this is a solid pick. It is the tablet version of sweatpants. Comfortable, reliable, and exactly what you need when you want to unwind.

This is quite nice and performs well. As an Apple user, I was pleased that this Android product performed so well. Nice touch on screen. Bought the keyboard attachment and really like it. Easy to attach and configure. The On-Off buttons and volume buttons should be larger and different colors because they’re very hard to find! I colored them with nail polish to make it easier to use. Screen color and resolution is beautiful and updated apps work well. Caught a great sale so it makes this purchase even sweeter!

I bought this on sale on a whim. It's a very nice tablet, although somewhat locked by Amazon. For example, the App store is hosted by Amazon and doesn't have all the apps you would want. Easy to fix. Download the Playstore from Google (This tablet is running Android) and you can download anything. Stock memory is low, but SD cards are cheap and I popped a 256 card in there and it's got gobs of storage now. I downloaded a few dozen movies to watch when traveling. Plays them fine. Might need a better player like VLC, but it is nice. Then I tried downloading the Kindle app. Shockingly it runs Kindle app really well even in bright sunlight. So I ditched my Kindle Paperwhite and use this exclusively. Nice tablet. You may need to tweek it to load apps you really want. Google how to load the playstore. It's pretty simple.

I love my Amazon Fire HD Kindle. Battery is ok as long as you’re just reading , not watching Prime or any other. It drains fast ! I’d suggest you purchase a longer cord to charge it !!! We RV full time and I don’t have the outlets to charge while I and reading , bc the cord is short ( I’ve purchased a longer one today ) Great picture. Camera is ok. I mainly use this to read Kindle Unlimited books. Great price !!! Easy to use. Sound is ok but I use my Sony headphones and makes it better.

I truly enjoy my Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet. I gave my old table to my sister. Since I bought a new one. I'm doing this just in case any parents would like to buy one for their kids. This information just in case the parents would like to give their's.to themwant to make sure the parents know how fabulous they are! This tablet is voice activated. It recognizes your voice to open of course it has to powered on when it goes into sleep mode. You can command it to open up to icons and apps. If you give your old one to your kid you have to set it back to factory mode. Then make any settings that you may want in the old one for child protection. Once you have put the old tablet into factory mode. Set the password back to your old one this way you still have control. I had a five-digit password unfortunately the password has to be six digits or more. I did not try letters, numbers, or characters. I just wanted mine to be simple. Amazon customer service which was wonderful. They were willing to walk me step by step. Once they transferred everything from my old tablet to my new tablet. There were certain icons and apps I had to do myself that would not transfer over. For example: I like to color by numbers it's relaxing. So I had to put download the app back on my tablet. The unfortunate thing was I lost all the color by number pictures that I did. It was fine to me because I knew where most of the colors were for the numbers. Some this might be upsetting, but this tablet is well worth getting. I also recommend that you take your old chip (if you have one) out for transferring. I do hope this was informational for you. My Microsoft Surface tablet was stolen so I decided to purchase a less expensive option since I'll only use it sporadically. The tablet is lightweight and works well for basic stuff. Streaming works fine and the wifi connection was simple to set up. Pairing with other Amazon products (Blink, Echo, etc.) was also easy. My only complaint is it's not compatible with any non Amazon apps. I use several reselling apps so it's pretty inconvenient that I had to access what I could via the web. This leads me to another issue, I prefer Google Chrome as my search engine but Amazon forces you to use theirs. I don't know if I would purchase this again, but for now it covers the basics.
