Q Oil Q5 Graphite-Based Penetration & Lubricating Oil 150ml For Locks, Nuts, Bolts and fittings

Bought to ‘refresh’ my Defender’s door locks as they’d stopped opening (without considerable effort) after a few runs in snowy/icy/gritty weather.WD40 didn’t work, nor did GT85. This graphite lube, however, did the trick in just a few minutes after a short spray into the mechanism.Oily lubes won’t be used for locks again!

Used this to lubricate a classic car ignition lock. Works a treat. Much better than WD40 as it lubricates rather than drives out the water.

Couldn't get any locally wanted it to oil a look where the manufacture insists graphite oil is used. It is fine.

This comes out with a kerosene like propellant which just spaltters and the graphite black is a devil to remove. Better of with a pwder or gringing a 4B pencil and throwing that into the lock or dipping your key and administering the product that way.

Works great on bike cables

I used this on locks of house doors and garage doors etc and found a little worked fine. Just have a cloth handy for any excess.
