It's a light weight practical bag. Used it on a trip and I was quite happy with it. The zipper can do a little more sturdiness as it felt whimsy on a few occasions but otherwise top notch bag.

I had to buy this trolley in an emergency and did not get a chance to check the lock before traveling. During the journey, I realized the lock was defective and not working properly. By the time I reported the issue, the Amazon return window had already closed. Such defects can only be identified after actual use. What is more disappointing is that no one from the company responds to customer support calls. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying this product. I was searching a rating for minus 1
