What is the nutritional and caloric values of this product?

I don't know of any nutritional value, and I don't believe there are calories..... I am caring for a stroke patient who has trouble swallowing liquids.... Thick It is a great aid for this!!!!

How much liquid will one container of Thick-it 36 Oz thicken?

For my Mom we used about 1 heaping tablespoon per 8 ounces of liquid - so if 1 heaping tablespoon equals about 4 teaspoons (about 1 1/4 ounces) then 36 ounces of Thick-it could thicken about 28 times 8 ounces liquid = 224 ounces liquid (or 7 quarts)

does the container have to be refrigerated after opening?
