Q: i try to pair my iPad or iPhone to bluetooth, i am asked for a pin. I don't know what pin to enter?

Try PIN 7878. That is what is in the user manual online. I have had success with it in the past. However, I am now trying to connect a second device (first connected an iPad) and even though I have cleared the BT memory, my music is not coming through clear from my phone,

Mine never came with a CD. I've just watched tutorials in YouTube.
