The faucet looks nice, seems to be well constructed and works well. I just installed it so I can't comment on its longevity. It seems to be an excellent value since it comes with hoses, Teflon tape and a pop up stopper/drain pipe. A pop up stopper - drain pipe alone can be expensive. Installation of the faucet was straight forward. Installation of the drain pipe would have been easy except it took awhile to figure out which way to place the large rubber washer. The diagram looks to me like the narrow part of the washer goes up against the sink. I consistently had a leak when I did this. Looking a diagram of a competitor's product, it looked like the larger, flat part of the washer goes up against the sink. When I did this it worked fine with no leaks - at least so far!

My old bathroom faucet's arm broke off--the nerve of it after 22 years of use!!! I wanted to replace it with a similar style which is what this one was. I just want to mention that I am a woman who is not a plumber but I do have common sense and was able to install this with no problems and not a lot of instructions. It's really pretty straight forward. The hardest thing was turning the screws to tighten the unit to the counter due to the small space between the sink and the back of the wall while being upside down under the sink which obviously is not the fault of the product. I have had it installed now for a few months and it's still secure and working perfectly. This is a good value and good product--

Had to redo the bathroom faucet, but with an older house, needed to make sure the "holes" fit the ones that were there from the previous faucet. Didn't even know there were faucets that had one main hole vs. those that had three holes! (And to make it worse, evidently there are differences between how far apart the spread of the holes are.) This faucet covered both possibilities as far as I could tell, so I took a chance it would work. Also, it had the single handle I wanted as well as the finish. Then there was the question about the rate of flow of the water. Since we didn't live in California, we were "allowed" to have more than a few drops of water to flow at a time. This one allowed 2.5 gal/minute water pressure. So glad I chose this particular faucet from this particular company! Easy to put in ourselves (great directions and pictures!), fit the holes perfectly, and looks very durable. Really like the look as well as the functionality! Does a really good job and no leaks! Fast shipping and wonderful price! Were we just incredibly lucky, or was this totally well designed by a company who knew there were inexperienced people like us out there who needed what they could provide?

We got a couple of these to give our 1990's bathroom a quick 'facelift' (we plan to do a full blown remodel in few years), and they are a great balance between price and quality. I was impressed with the finish, build quality, and ease of installation. The extensive use of plastic within the faucet is a bit concerning, but I suspect that won't matter until after many years of service. The included supply lines are steel braided and sealed well, although threading them onto the faucet is a little finicky.) I really liked the pop-up drain assembly. It's solidly built and well engineered, and I appreciated the details like the easily removable pop-up and strainer assembly, and tailpiece o-ring to improve sealing for metal traps with slip. joints. The included rubber seals work well (make sure the hole on the bottom of the sink is clean and free of corrosion or deep scratches) and no plumbers putty is needed. Overall, these are a great option for a nice-looking and well-built faucet at a low price point.

I purchased 2 of these because they came with the popup drain and the excellent reviews. Both are installed and they work great. They were installed by a professional and no complaints were voiced. We like them because of the clean design, easy operation and popup type drain.

This is a high quality bathroom faucet with extras. I wanted to use the included hoses and drain but neither were compatable with my sink. I still think the faucet alone is more than worth the price. I was hoping to replace my old drain but didn’t notice this one includes an overflow function. My sink has no overflow so I couldn’t get it to fit. The faucet feels like metal, pretty heavy. It functions smoothly and precisely. No leaks. Easy install, would recommend.
