I was looking for something to use on my head and temples. I needed something that would apply pressure, not simply massage/stimulate, and came across these. They are absolutely perfect, and I can't believe they're so inexpensive (I paid $11.99 for two). The ball appears to be the same thing a bowling ball is made from, the base is very ergonomic, and there's also a rubber ring to help grip it. I've rolled it all over my face, head, neck, and shoulders, and I can apply so much more pressure than simply using my fingers, which tire fast. I just got it yesterday, and have barely put it down. Five starts all the way.

These are great for a quick relief. They would be even better if there was a small handle to allow even better control. Overall, these are worth the price to get a quick massage. It's better than your hand when you're trying to work out those kinks. My fiance uses these on me all the time to avoid those cramps in his hands if he's rubbing too long. He actually used these on my lower back and on my hips during labor. I loved it! :) The ball is even better when it's cold.

easy to hold and works great while holding it. The only difficulty is massaging the bottom of my feet. I thought I could place it on the floor for foot massage but the unit is rounded on the bottom and it moves across the floor unless you hold it. One of the roller balls does not roll as well as the other.

I bought this product to use during my pregnancy as I had a lot of hip, low back, psoas, and sacral tightness and discomfort. I would get routine massages but I found myself craving to find a way to mimick that relief at home. My husband tried with a lacrosse ball but there wasn't a fluid motion and having to manually roll the ball distributed the pressure unevenly. I also couldn't really do it myself.This product solved all of those issues. It fits easily in my hand, allows manipulation of pressure easily and rolls very smoothly. I was excited to see there were two as I often want the massage or pressure paralleled. This gave perfect relief and is incredibly easy to use.I plan to use this during my labor as I'm delivering at a birth center and learned about pressure in the low back to relieve labor pain during contractions.

My girlfriends hands get tired 5 figures into a massage. I have terrible knots in my back from stress, and these little simple rollers are the cure to hand fatigue from giving massages. You can use it all day without worrying about hand or thumb fatigue. If you can reach, you’ll be able to use it on yourself in a lot of cases as well. I use one on my quads and calves all the time. Great purchase for sure.

While it does fit in the hand; and it does roll smoothly, it is also a pain to deal with when it rolls over any thinner cloth and deices to try and eat it. it's fine for larger muscle groupings; eg thighs; calf and the likes.. just awkward towards smaller and bonier groupings, like forearms to elbow; upper arms to around shoulders..It works, if its not eating your clothing, and its a bit en-stranging to use sometimes, but it helps in some degree if you wanted to ease hand fatigue in some regard.. just not as useful as i would have hoped it could be.

These massagers are awesome. They feel amazing on the skin. They roll with ease and fit perfectly in my wife's tiny hands. She has arthritis in her hands so she's unable to give me a massage withe her hands alone. These balls are the perfect way around that issue. We highly recommend these massagers to anyone looking for a great massage and anyone with hand issues who give massages.

My knees and legs were killing me from working them out so much lately.. so I used these with some peppermint oil. My god what a difference! it helped hit all the right spots. I have also used them on my BF's back -- he has been very tense lately and has been asking for a massage but I don't like giving them I feel I don't do them right now have the necessary hand strength ya know? So using these makes giving him massages so much easier while alleviating him of his pain!!
