Didn't come with a power supply like the instruction manual says, but with a quick email to customer service that was fixed. Easy to install, looks sleek and well made. The included remote was a little frustrating. I had to press the buttons multiple times and very hard to switch between inputs. I added the button to my sideclick remote and now it's flawless. It's true 4K @60fps. It supports HDR as well. This was the perfect solution to get 4K UHD/HDR on my amazon fire tv (2017 pendant) and my Xbox One S due to me new Vizio m65-e0 having only 1 HDMI 2.0 input.

This 3 port 4K HDMI HDR switch is smooth and flawless with the components I have attached to it. It works well with a learning Logitech Harmony remote. I have seamlessly integrated it into my HTS. Very happy with the performance of this product. It comes with a usb cable for power when plugged into a powered USB port. Doe not need a separate power supply to operate as stated by a previous reviewer.

Initial review. Bought this because I have 1 2.0 HDMI port on my 55" Vizio. My PS4 Pro and Xbox 1X and 360 all are connected. Works well. 4k and HDR work 60FPS. Auto switch works well. No issues at all so far. Love it!

I was so excited to get this. I had gotten a switch from TNP and after a while it started to skip and cut out, I returned it and got this one from Ibit... This one was worse. it worked great for my apple tv, but with my PC, as soon as I tried to type in the password to get in, the screen would just go black and never come back. My ps4 didn't work at all on this switch. I returned this and got a switch from awake lion and that's the one that actually works for me.

I received my item and was left very disappointed upon opening it. When I opened it up the product looked as though it had already been used. There were numerous scratches found all over the front and the back of it. I attempted to call the customer service number listed for IBIT and had no success in even trying to get a hold of someone to discuss this issue with. I was extremely excited for what this product had to offer but am left disappointed by what I recieved. This does not seem to be a well made product at all.

This is a great 4K/60 switch. I bought two of them and they perform great with a variety of deices (Apple TV 4K, PS4 Pro). The only (marginal, in my opinion) negative thing is the remote which is really bad, but the device has an auto-switching feature which partially makes up for it.
