FOREVER MY FAVORITE COOKWARE
I'm old upon this brand when we were looking for a non-stick skillet that was actually non-stick. Purchased our initial skillet after reading tons of positive reviews, used it once and have continued buying up all of the rest of the pieces we can find. I even went so far as to change up all of my cooking utensils to work with these because I plan on using these forever now. They are incredibly easy to clean, true non-stick with very little if any spray needed on things like eggs. I love the look of them, the big light handles are great because I don't have to worry about germs getting in them if they were actual wood. All of them have a great weight to them as well with a sturdy bottom so we haven't had any burning even with cooking on high on a glass top stove. This particular pot has replaced an old tea kettle for us to heat up water for our French press. It has a little pouring spout that keeps everything perfectly in as I pour. as more of these pieces come out I will scoop them up. How are these so cheap, I still don't understand it? Not arguing with it because it's helped me to be able to purchase all of them. At 35, I finally found a cookware brand that I love. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for good non-stick skillets that are inexpensive and will last

Carote Brand pots/pans are excellent....I have 3 now.
This is exactly what I wanted/expected. It is perfect for me (single person) and I have used it many times since purchase. Reheating soups, cooking soup from scratch, browning meat for carne guisada, browning veggies for soup/carne guisada, heating water. I do wish it had a pouring lip/spout on both sides. I have dropped the lid 3 times now and it has not broken or chipped. Sauce pan definitely does not stick. I left it on high too long without watching it and food stuck to the bottom of the pan but it was very easy to soak and clean completely, no damage to surface and still cooks fine, non stick was not damaged. Great set of pans/pots...... Thank you.

Great cookware either fabulous customer service!
I purchased the entire set and absolutely love them. The glass lids for each pan make cooking easy. The customer service is outstanding as I ruined a saucepan and they helped get a replacement. You will not be sorry with these great add to your kitchen.

Not real wood, very sturdy
I bought this pot because I wanted a small 1 quart pot with a pour spout for boiling water or milk for tea and such. I have a small pot already, but it doesn't have a spout, so some of the liquid always runs down the pot and my mug. I was specifically looking for a pot that would work on a glass top stove. The small pot I already have heats up to a rolling boil very quickly. I do like this pot. It's heavier than expected, and sturdy. What I thought was going to be a real wood handle, in fact is not. But it is extremely soft and comfortable and looks really nice. I'm fine with the fact that it's not real wood. There are just two minor factors about this pot that I don't really care for. First, it doesn't come to a boil nearly as quickly as my other pot. I put one cup of water in each pot and set them on high on my small burners at the same time. This pot took approximately an extra minute and a half to come to a boil compared to my other pot. Not a huge deal, but makes me wonder if it's truly designed for glass top. Second, the white specks all over the pot look nice, but if you put something in the pot that has a high staining capability, it quickly and easily stains the pot. I make golden milk tea most mornings and the white spots turned yellow after just one use. Not a huge deal, but it's noticeable, and no amount of scrubbing gets the stain out. I did cook cream of wheat after my first time making golden milk in the pot. That managed to remove the stain, but it just got restained after the next time I made tea. I don't know if it will cook out each time I use it for something other than tea, but I imagine over time it will retain a stain.I do like this pot, and I'm glad I got it. The spout pours very well without dribbling down the front. I would say it's a little larger than 1 quart, but it's fine. The bottom is very flat and does not wobble at all. It is a nice, sturdy pot.

Satisfied - Beyond Satisfied
I was in need of a 1.5 gt pot for noodle n rice side dishes primarily. I have two 1 gt, a 2 qt , a 3qt and upwards to 5gl plus but not 1 for that " rice " range. Check them out -- OMG, 35 to 300 bucks ---- kidding me. Cam I'll use a paint can, however I see this. Shrug - why not.Well it's nicely constructed -- sharp looking, sweet wooden handle, glass lid / wooden handle and costs 16 bucks. I think it will work just fine....as stated am satisfied. :)Edit: 8/2/2020 -- since I have attained this pot it has without a doub lt surpassed all my others for this > rice, noodles, gravies, quick Alfredo, virtually anything that I bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer. Light spray of oil or just touch of added butter and it cooks perfect. Great lid, spout, and nothing sticks! Use wood utensils.Exceptional and affordable.

LOVE THIS POT!!!
I was looking around for a while for a new pot and stumbled across this beauty, and I do mean beauty! I love the look of this pot. The pot itself looks like it was made of stone and the handle is not made of wood, though it has a wood-like design. The pot fits a can of soup quite nicely. Maybe I have a thing for more rustic-looking appliances... Oh well, GREAT POT!!!

Seems bigger than expected.
I have nothing but praise for this pot, it is very sturdy, heats slowly but well and holds the heat...and the clean up is a breeze. It is a little funky looking but its functionality outweighs my kitchen "vanity". I was hoping for something a little smaller but it will work just fine for now. As I can afford I will buy another little pot perhaps something in enamel just to heat up milk. All in all I highly recommend this product...the price is just right.
