It says it's German and.. it is from Germany. I bought it... because, it's a German-product and, that usually means, good quality-standard and trusted authority controlled and waranteed. Unlike some Italian seller and/producer, who sell you one thing upfront and when the product arrives it says: Made in China... or India or East Europe, which still in 2017 is given, copy/chemical produce of shady control authority or fake label. My thorough research on the seller, producer, and warantees all came through.

I purchased a number of Backhaus cooking implements. The Backhaus quality is second to none and I have not been disappointed. Good quality silicone, great warranty on most of their items and have always been very happy with their product. I trust the name implicitly and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends

Great product although the size could be more generous. I have one from a commercial catering supplier which is around 30% larger. This one was bought as a gift and I couldn't see me rolling pastry on it as its a bit too small. Its fine for a normal size baking sheet but these things are also used for rolling out sticky items like cookies and pastry.

You can see they are quality as soon as you open the package. Perfect fit for your oven tray. Have just ordered some spatulas from Backhaus, as believe their products are very good quality.

Brilliant. How did we live without it? Put this on the baking pan and put the pizza, bread, chicken, whatever on top and put it in the oven. Easy cleanup. No need to soak and scrub pans.

First time in be used this form of mat - really pleases It sits well on the baking tray and cleans easily.

Los he comprado por segunda vez ya que son perfectos para hornear. Yo los uso para hacer galletas tanto con pistola como con cortadores. No se pega la masa y se limpian fácilmente. Los uso muy a menudo y los primeros que compré están como el primer día, ni se han oscurecido ni deformado.

Me esperaba algo de un tejido sencillo, sabía que era fibra de vidrio pero no me esperaba que tuviera ese tacto y grosor. Lo primero que llama la atención es que tiene un tacto como gomoso, todo el tapete está cubierto por una especie de silicona especial antiadherente que es extremadamente fácil de limpiar. Es realmente útil, porque ya no tengo que gastar papel de horno cada vez que quiero hacer pizza o algún postre con hojaldre, es realmente antiadherente y no hace falta ponerle aceite para que no se pegue, esmuy muy útil. A parte el detalle de la espátula está muy bien. No es muy grande pero es de buena calidad y resistente. En general todo tiene unos muy buenos acabados y materiales. Si quieres olvidarte de usar papel de horno o que se te peguen las cosas, recomiendo totalmente este tipo de tapete de cocción, es muy útil y de buena calidad.

Die Backmatte ist super, es bleibt nicht hängen und sie ist einfach zu Reinigen. kann ich nur empfehlen

Es tal como se describe, ya lo he probado y funciona a la perfección porque es totalmente antiadherent y fácil de limpiar. Lo recomiendo más que los típicos protectores de silicona que cuando se calientan hacen olores y en este caso parece muy profesional porque no huele cuando se calienta
