Works great off our combi boiler.
I got this to replace a thermostatic shower that would go hot, cold, and turn itself off with a squeal etc. Our plumber commented we have quite high water pressure here, but this shower produces a perfect, and consistent temperature. The overhead rose seemed like a huge dinner plate when I first saw it, but I like the wide spray. This model has the "eco" setting to reduce water flow. I can't comment on its effectiveness at saving water, but the showering experience is not noticeably lacking in water.

It’s bad choice
I don’t like that the temperature doesn’t stay if you open the basin taps on the same time as you have a shower you’ll get cold water
