Big taste from small pieces
These sprinkles have the same taste as the famous American brand crispy fried onions, but the pieces are much smaller, more delicate, and uniformly-sized. If you are a mindful eater, or follow a moderate carbs/moderate fat lifestyle, these are wonderful because you can get the same taste boost with a much smaller portion. I love these sprinkled over green beans or mushrooms or any other vegetable. They are also nice sprinkled on soup or a sandwich.

Low sodium
Works great for those requirements for dishes low sodium. This is the lowest salt of all brands of fried onions

P65 Chemical Warning
Had I known this product can expose me to chemicals, such as mercury, I may have gotten another choice. The listing fails to include that info in the description and images. P 65 Warning! You eat at your own risk. Amazon is the seller and should have included the P65 warning as it’s clear on the bottom of the label. I’m undecided of what to do. If you consume too much of it, then I think this product will pose a health problem. Priced at only a few dollars, I’ll probably trash it. I only used this a few times so far.Once you put this in your food the onion crisps absorb the liquids of whatever you’re eating. Then there’s no crunch. Too bad, as I really thought this would be useful and appetizing. I also liked the size consistency of the fried onions.

Too oily, mercury warning on label
Soggy and on the bitter side, without much flavor. Also, the label says it “can expose you to mercury….”
