I have always been a fan of Rick Stein; especially his TV shows but had never tried his cookbooks and am so happy i did! Coast to coast has so many delightful recipes and they are neither too hard nor too easy. The recipes tend to offer new ways of preparing both meat and seafood which has left my family and I determined to try them all! Everything is very well explained and the pictures are mouthwatering! I will certainly buy more of his books! Happy cooking!

A Simple Easy to Read Cook Book
This book is one of Rick Stein' best yet! I found it very easy to follow, and the pictures are also great. He aslo has a nice intro at the beginning. A great gift for Father's Day or just as a nice present for a friend, or family. I highly recommend it!
